We hadn't told anybody, it had been almost a month of us sneaking around. Everyone was already used to the idea of us hanging out, some people had their suspicions but we hadn't confirmed a single thing.

Sure I had the occasional mean tweet coming my way. "Home wrecker" was a popular nickname I had acquired. It wasn't nice at all, it was upsetting when I thought about it for too long.

Louis was the perfect gentleman, he opened doors for me, told me I looked beautiful and never failed to send me sweet morning texts. I was falling faster than I had ever fallen for anyone before. Everything he did made my heart race, every word, every touch, everything.

I was sitting on his lounge one afternoon when Harry walked in, a goofy smile on his face, and an arm filled with shopping bags. I raised an eyebrow. "Gone on a spree?" I questioned, chuckling gently to myself.

He shrugged, kicking the door closed behind him. "I'm surprised that you have your clothes on." He said in response, because okay Louis had told him about us, they lived together so it was bound to happen sooner or later.

My cheeks flushed red as I looked down into my lap, completely flustered. This was awkward, but I wasn't going to let my anxiety kick in. That would just be embarrassing.

Louis must have heard our voices carrying out through the apartment, his head poked out from the hallway, a grin plastered across his lips as he locked eyes with me.

"Your hair is so long." I called out, shaking my head as he walked towards me.

I could see Harry fumbling around with his shopping bags from the corner of my eye, but Louis was my main focus. He swooped in, pressing his lips against mine, pecking them every so softly. I curled my hand around his face, giggling in delight.

"Do you not like my shaggy mane?" He questioned as he moved into sit beside me.

"No, no. I like it just fine." I assured him, fingering my way through the messy hair from the back of his head. He was beautiful, there was no doubt about it, even with shaggy hair.

"It's not as long as Harry's, so if you had a problem with mine, I was going to be highly offended." He told me, his eyes meeting mine and completely melted. He looked so innocent, so pure, so gentle. He was staring at me with such adoration, I had to look away before turning into a tomato.

He laced his fingers through my own, the pad of his thumb brushing across my hand. If waited so long for him to notice me like this, so long for him to finally realise that I had been here the whole time, and now that he was. I couldn't help but feel anxious, this was actually happening and I didn't know how to stop the butterflies fluttering around inside of my stomach.

"Tell me about your tattoos again." I whispered, brushing a finger against one that met just above his wrist. He smiled, immediately jumping into a story about why he'd chosen such an artwork.

His eyes crinkled when he spoke, and I couldn't help but fall for him big time.

Every ounce of my body was on fire, I watched his lips curl and his tongue swirl as he spoke, the way he tossed his head side to side, and held his elbow up in the air to show me all of his body art proudly. He squinted my eyes, trying to examine each and every one with the appropriate amount of attention.

It's not like I wasn't listening, I was. It was just so distracting, his whole body was involved as he spoke, he used his hands for emphasis and his face was moving with enthusiasm. He shifted his position on the lounge, curling his fingers around my ankles as he wrapped my legs over his lap. He was still talking, and I was nodding along to every sentence.

Harry walked in, I looked up and smiled but he just shook his head, clearly still getting used to us being a couple and all. It had been awkward when days earlier he's walked in on us making out, it wasn't like we were hot and heavy, not yet at least. But we were still learning, still taking in every inch we could. His fingers constantly grazing my skin, my tongue wanting to memorise every portion of his mouth, his lips would wander the skin of my neck and I'd be so focused on what we were doing that I'd get lost in it all.

Harry's string of curses made us both jump, me so high that I'd fallen in a heap on the floor, causing both males to laugh before Louis finally reached over to help me onto my feet.

I hadn't spoken to Harry since, nothing outside of the few words we had exchanged earlier. He's not made any effort either, I guess that was just how it was going to be for a while. I had no idea why, but I suppose watching two of your friends going at it might be a little uncomfortable.

He's watched me, and I turned back to face Louis, who has stopped talking and all. He smiled at me. "What are we doing tonight?" I asked, and Louis shrugged his shoulders, leaning across to cup my face again. His fingers were cold, and I shivered from his delicate touch.

"Maybe we could stay in." I suggested, ignoring the spluttering cough that came from the other side of the room. Harry's probably made plans as we were speaking, probably wanted to get out of there so he didn't have to witness another love fest. Nobody could blame him really, new couples could be sickeningly sweet. It wasn't fun being a third wheel and all.

Louis leaned further into me, taking my lip between his own in a gentle kiss. He pulled away and nodded his head. "Mm, sounds good babe."
