"Thanks so much for letting me have tea, Shinobu."
After everything settled down and y/n answered all there demanding questions, Shinobu had invited them for tea. Frankly, Giyuu wanted to pass up the offer but y/n knew that this was the woman who told Giyuu that no one likes him, and, well, ... y/n was determined to prove her wrong.
"It's no trouble, I just wanted to get to know you more is all. Honestly, it's kind of surprising to see you in person."
Y/n laughed a little before she took a sip of tea, "yeah .. you say that, but im even more surprised that no one believed i even existed."
Shinobu shrugged, "Giyuu isn't exactly the most approachable person around."
Y/n leaned into him at that remark, her cheek resting on his shoulder, "you say that because you don't know him like I do."
"You're probably right."
Throughout the rest of the tense conversation, Giyuu couldn't help but to keep his focus trained on y/n (something which when noticed by Shinobu), and he couldn't help but to feel so happy. Even if he didn't want to show it.
Everything she says about him, and the way she shows it.
It was clear to him like it always has been.
It didn't matter if no one else likes him like how Shinobu points out.
That was fine.
Because as long as she loves him, then he knew that it'll all be OK. Right?
