What a beautiful thing it is to have loved...
your emotions you have for that one person takes over you,
consumes you,
and all you feel that you have left is yourself and the hope of having that person.
you experience the tough times of jealousy when they notice someone else who isn't you,
you notice the small things they do that suddenly becomes important.
like the remarkable compliments they give or their honest words of encouragement.
but what a sad thing it is to have loved...
when you soon start to question everything about yourself.
whether you're attractive enough or good enough for that person.
and then it all comes down to one thing,
maybe they said all of those things to just be kind.
and maybe that beautiful thing of being in love turns into a horrible thing when you find out they don't love you back.
