I’d remember the day we first met.

I’d remember the way you looked at me when I said hello.

I’d remember how you’d tell me that people usually don’t talk to you.

I’d remember how nervous you’d get when I started to talk to you.

I’d  remember how pale you’d get when I’d stand next to you.

I’d remember how red your face would get when I’d notice something good about you.

I’d remember when you’d happily run around across the field like you were crazy or something.

I’d remember those days when you were happy and innocent.

I’d remember when you were just a kid.

I’d remember when you were so scared to start a new school.

I’d remember the first day and you made so many new friends.

I’d remember how you used to be so insecure.

I’d remember how you were bullied for being so skinny.

I’d remember the day you became to be just as bad at the bullies.

I’d remember when you you were just a fifth grader and that when things started to fall apart.

I’d remember when you started middle school.

I’d  remember the plans you set up for yourself.

I’d  remember how you would make a list for yourself of the goals you wanted to accomplish.

I’d  remember how you said you wanted to become a better person.

I’d remember the restless days you had from the nonstop piles of homework.

I’d remember how you couldn’t deal with the stress anymore.

I’d  remember when you’d be so relieved to go home and just lay down on your bed.

I’d remember how tired you’d get from people and school.

I’d remember the day the bullying got worse.

I’d remember how sad you were and how you needed somebody there for you.

I’d  remember when you were just a 7th grader.

I’d remember when you started high school.

I’d  remember how excited you were.

I’d  remember how many times you told yourself that it was going to be okay.

I’d  remember the first couple of weeks you started.

I’d  remember how your face would light up when you’d meet a group of really nice people.

I’d remember how happy you were.

I'd remember, I really would.
