"No because honestly mate I just don't fucking know what to do with all this free time" I frustratedly ran my hands through my hair with an exasperated sigh as I heard Lando cackle on the other side of the phone.

I was standing in my squeaky clean kitchen that I had spent all morning obsessively cleaning. My hair was down and freshly washed, my entire body was exfoliated and shaved and my entire closet was ironed.

"That is such a rich bitch thing to say you know" I swear if not for the fact that I had gone through five phones in that year alone I would have punched the screen in an attempt to wipe the infuriating grin off of Landos face.

"You know what; fuck you, lilla svin" I mentally frown at the lack of a better insult and the wheezing sounds he was making in response. "Awh fuck off alright, I'm done talking to your dumb ass I'm going for a run."

Bit cranky? Yes. It had been four days since my meeting with Christian and he had stayed true to his word, I was literally banned from the RedBull facilities and Robin had cancelled all our workouts and had been dropping off food for me at every single meal since I though it was a stupid ass idea to have to send him photos of everything I ate.

"No you're not" I looked up to my phone to see Lando holding back tears of laughter.
"You're not allowed to, remember" I rolled my eyes and took my phone with me as I started walking to my closet, fully intending to change into workout clothes. "It's not like they're going to find out anyway, and it's one fucking run, not the end of the fucking world"

"You should really stop swearing that much miss potty-mouth" Lando leaned his head onto his hand and looked as smug as ever as a few stray curls dangled over the tops of his eyes. His hair was wet and he was wearing a light blue linen shirt, most likely on a yacht belonging to some rich Monaco girl. "Just go fall off something really tall will you? I'm hanging up- have a un-safe landing"

Just as I was about to hang up the little shit started taking again. "Alright sorry sorry my bad, you just keep talking like a trucker if it pleases you. Whatever makes you happy I'll support you" I cocked an eyebrow at his dramatics and waited for him to get to the point. "Don't go for the stupid run come and hang out instead"

I could clearly see him looking around his surroundings and then wiggling his eyebrows when he found whomever he was looking for. "we're at Lance's dad's yacht" I rolled my eyes yet again, of course they were. And he was calling me a rich bitch.

"Depends, who's we?" It really did depend, there were a few of Lando's friends that I would rather not hang out with. "It's just me LanceyPancey, Daniel, Pierre, Carlos and Charles. Oh and some of the lady friends"

I couldn't help but smile at the last part. "Lady friends?" I questioned with a teasing smile. "Well you know like Daniel and Carlos and Pierre's girlfriends" he sounded nervous as he looked around and rubbed his neck. "You don't know their names do you?

"No no it's not that I know them, I do!" He waved his hands defensively with a facial expression that said the exact opposite. "I just don't remember them and I don't want to be rude and ask again so I just avoid using them" I shake my head at his antics. Lando has never been good with names.

"Well sorry to tell you lover boy but I'd rather go on a run than hang with you and your lady friends" It's wasn't entirely a lie, there were some truths lacing my words. I hadn't been working out during the previous few days and my body was itching for some exercise.

The hyperactivity that came with my diagnosis always became harder to handle when I wasn't being physically active. It felt like my entire body was burning from the stillness and I grew more and more frustrated at the lack of action that had been installed in my life.
