~~~~Kendall’s View~~~~
“You know, they have the potential to be on the show.” Scott Fellows, the creator of this band and our show on Nickelodeon, said to me as he looked over at mine and James’ little sisters. I looked over at them myself, seeing Sierra reading a magazine, looking a bit surprised by whatever she was reading.
Madison, on the other hand, had her ear buds in her ears and having her eyes closed as she slightly danced while sitting, her mouth lip singing without a sound to the song she was listening to, but all I caught was, BFB. Whatever that means…
“I don’t know,” I said in reply to him as I looked at him. “Sierra has always wanted to act, but I’m pretty sure Madison has her mind set more around music. I mean, look at her…” We both looked back at Maddie as she still lipped the words to the song, and slightly danced in her seat still.
Looking back at me, Scott opened his mouth to say something but was cut off short by Madison randomly singing out loud, “Yeah!
My best friend's brother
Is the one for me
Yeah!
A punk rock drummer
And he's 6 foot 3
I don't want to
But I want to
'Cause I just can't get him out of my mind!” My sister just looked at Madison as she did and slightly laughed at her best friend’s forgetfulness of that she wasn’t at home, but just let her stay in her own little music world.
You know, I never noticed it before, but Madison is a really interesting girl, and she can sing pretty well. It’s not like that has to do with anything, but ya know. It can get her pretty far someday, I’m sure.
Once back at home after James and the other guys were done filming, I was heading up the stairs when I heard my brother call for me to stay downstairs for a moment. Letting out a groan, I stayed on the steps but turned to where I was facing him and held onto the railing randomly. “What?” I asked him and he just crossed his arms.
“There a reason as to why you keep playing that Victoria Justice song all the time?” He asked me, and I could have sworn my eyes grew wide at his question, but figured they didn’t as his expression didn’t change. Nope, not at all! It just stayed that same serious face.
“Um…” I said without much thought, trying to think of a response to that. Obviously there is a reason as to why I keep playing it! You already know that I love Kendall, yet nobody else does, and nobody else will. “Why does it matter to you if there is or not?” I finally questioned back, and James just smirked.
“You like Ken?” He asked me, uncrossing his arms and his facial expression suddenly turning softer and a little bit understanding. But, I shook my head.
“No.” I lied, although it wasn’t too much of a lie. I don’t like Kendall, I love him! Before James had the chance to say anything else to me, I turned around and quickly ran up the stairs and back to my bedroom, quickly shutting the door behind me.
I’m sure James knows I love his best friend, but I’ll hold it off for as long as I can. The longer nobody knows about this love, the better.
