Sonic and Amy are lounging under an umbrella. Nearby, Knuckles, (Y/N) and Sticks are playing volleyball
"There's nothing like a lazy day on the beach" Sonic said
"Agreed!" I said passing the volleyball to Sticks
The volleyball hits Amy. She picked it up and threw it back to Sticks.
"It's nice to breathe in that beautiful saltwater air and relax. For the first time, I feel totally stress-free" Sticks sighed peacefully
"Hey, guys!" Tails said
"Agh!" Sticks shrieked getting into a fighting stance
"I just perfected my most brilliant invention yet. Meet UT, the Universal Translator. Designed to translate any language into our own" Tails pulls the cloth covering UT
"Allow me to demonstrate" Tails said directing us to a mother bird feeding her babies while UT watches and turns around
UT: [Translates for the baby bird] "The fact that you pre-chew my food is repulsive"
"Hey-ey-ey! It works!" Knuckles said
UT: "Didn't see that one coming"
"Um... it's still talking?" Knuckles asked completely confused
UT: "I thought this thing just translated birds"
"Since what you're saying doesn't need to be translated, UT is translating it into what you really mean!" Tails said
UT: "I didn't intend for it to do that, but I will gladly accept full credit."
"That's great, Tails!" Amy said
UT: "Pretty lame"
"That's not what I was thinking at all" She lied again
UT: "Man, I am totally busted"
"Tails? I think it needs some more work" She said
UT: "If that thing doesn't shut its metal trap, I think I might die"
"Well, I think it's nice, Tails" I said with a smile
UT: "You worked so hard on it, Tails. So, I think it's great!"
"Thanks, (Y/N)!" Tails thanked me
UT: "At least, someone appreciates my inventions"
"Wait... this thing reads minds?" Sticks asked
UT: "Wait. This thing reads minds"
"GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD!" She yelled
UT: "Get it out of my head"
Sticks pulls out her boomerang ready to attack UT but Knuckles stops her
"Now, now! Calm down, Sticks!"
UT: "Take it easy, whack-job."
"Hey!" Sticks said offended
UT: "I am displeased"
"Don't be offended, Sticks. Knuckles didn't mean to think that" Sonic reassured her
UT: "He's not the sharpest tool in the shed"
Knuckles started to growl in anger
"You guys shouldnt be fighting!" I yelled
UT: Stop it!
