You ran into the house, packed, then left, hopping through the TV before anyone gat to say a word (Steven went through first, you didn't want to leave him with your parents).
No POV
The first thing Y/n's mom did was smash the TV with a baseball bat. Then she threw the remains in the trash. She gave her husband and son a glare that screamed, 'Say a word and I'll murder you.'
Will ran to his room and called Y/n.

"TRY GOING THROUGH IT AGAIN, SEE IF IT'LL WORK!"
It does, Y/n falling out of his phone. "Well, that worked." they mumbled under their breath. "Steven's panicking. I need to go back." they state, going through the phone once more. When they got back, they texted Will:
'I'm not coming back. Not now. I'll visit, I promise.'
There was no reply. You grabbed the hands of a stressed Steven, calming him down. He and you were sitting on the floor of his room. Because you were there, he never bothered to move and 'find himself'. You ended up watching memes there, and you had died laughing at this one video-
You both burst into a fit of laughter.
"Wow, is this really what people do? Ship me and Connie together?" he asks, and you laugh, "If I didn't exist, then you would be with Connie." he made a barfing face.
Life was good, and you didn't care what your mom thought.

"Oh. My. God!" you squealed, "YESS!" you ran and hugged Steven. He had just preposed with a gorgeous, stainless steel, rose ring.

"I- I do." you say with the biggest smile. "Then, you may kiss the bride/husband/newlywed!" you and Steven kissed.
This was the best day of your life; you would never forget.
You still didn't understand why Garnet, Pearl, and Amythyst were in a corner for crying.
It didn't matter. What mattered was the life after.
Steven was happy.
You were happy.
This was the best outcome.
You were glad that you fell into the TV.
You liked your life now,
And you always will.
A week after, you and Steven decided to move out. You did so with ease, Garnet, Pearl, and Amythyst not even trying to hide their sadness as the two of you broke the news.
You ended up getting a beautiful (temporary) apartment in Empire City.
Everything is perfect.
