That misunderstandings...

Since that day, mom and dad started visiting the Strife regularly since then. And this story took part when we were 12 years old...

"Mom, can we play in the swimming pool today?" I asked my mom. "Well sure, let's talk there," My mom invited Auntie Aerith to the pool. "C'mon Roxas! Sora! Let's go!" I dragged both of the boys toward the pool. The two boys quickly jumped and splashed water everywhere. "Why don't you get in?" Roxas submerged from the water. "I can't swim," I pouted irritatedly. "Then let's teach you," Sora grinned. "Okay," I chuckled and entered the pool slowly.

After a good twenty minutes of trying to get me to paddle my feet, finally I made it, barely. But then as I wanted to reach for something to hold on, my hands always plunged into water, water everywhere. I panicked and quickly yelped for help, those boys noticed my situation and quickly swam towards me. But I was quite far from them, and as fast as they can swim, they can only swim around one paddling per two seconds. I started to choke on some water and some even entered my nose, worst feeling ever. "Gotcha!" Someone got their arms latched around me and started swimming towards the sides of the pool. "Thank you...," I said cliging on to my 'hero' for dear life. "...Sora," I said weakly. "Are you okay?" Roxas asked with his eyes showing pure worry. "I'm fine Roxas," I grinned at him. My mom and Aunt Aerith quickly wrap towels around the three of us and made the maids to make a hot beverage for us.

And that particular event made everyone seemed so sure that Sora and I are 'meant to be', which is terribly wrong.

Finally now I'm sixteen! And I had been forced to go through several pointless balls that many princes and princesses threw to 'gain more acquaintances'. While the truth was that they were trying to get an 'engagement object'. I have always been against partying and having pointless luxury while there are quite several people who didn't even have proper food to eat. But then again, those 'royalties' will eye me weirdly and low-viewing me upon hearing me saying those words. I still got some friends, Kairi, Sora, Namine, and Roxas are my friends. I gained several great friends from their accounts too. Like Axel, Demyx, and Riku. We hung out together sometimes, and that had always been a great fun. Considering the pyromaniac Axel and the aquatic-instrumental Demyx would be a great silly combo duo when met.

I've known them for years and we technically grew up together, I couldn't help but have a 'thing' for the spiky honey-blonde haired boy. The way his eyes just twinkle every time something happened or when he listen to something. It's just so cute the way he talks about some things and his serious obsession over sea-salt ice cream, ah that blue treat goodness. His dazzling smile and his alluring smirk, whenever he teased any of us, just couldn't be left out. I really admire him. He has this strange irrational belief that Sora is always better than him and that he had always been left out or beaten by Sora for the first place. "I'm always known to people as 'Sora's brother' or the better one's brother. I want to be known as myself, and Sora's brother too!"  He always looked so sad at seeing that his older brother was achieving what he can't or not yet achieved. Sure he always aced everything but Roxas sure does ace my heart.

But then there's another problem, every time I wanted to comfort him or talk to him, he would not be alone. There would always be Namine beside him, smiling and giggling with him. She's perfect! Anything a guy... and a girl could've asked for. Flawless and blonde and angelic, yep that's Namine to you. They would really make a great cute couple, but it also didn't cease to break my heart... I could only smile when they were talking with each other. Well, it is hard but if Roxas is happy with her then, why not?
