Chapter 102: Caulifla's Discovery

CAULIFLA'S DISCOVERY

THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE SON FAMILY

It has been about a month since our battle to the death with Gas on Planet Cereal. Our battle ended with an abrupt loss to Black Frieza. After that, we returned to Beerus' world. Whis allowed Caulifla and me to return to Earth for a while. Caulifla and I have spent most of our time at home, and I began to notice Caulifla beginning to become weaker, not in terms of power, but just.. in general. Caulifla kept telling me it was nothing, and I was not about to try arguing with her. 

BSG POV

One morning, Caulifla woke up, getting out of bed. Y/N was still asleep, so she snuck out of the bedroom and walked outside. Caulifla took a few deep breaths, she had been feeling a lot more tired recently, since going to Planet Cereal in fact. Caulifla thought it really was nothing, but this has been consistent since then. Caulifla decided enough was enough, she wanted to know why. Despite the weak feeling in her body, she flew off. Since coming to Earth, she had made decent friends with most of Y/N's friends and family, but one welcomed her in the fastest, Bulma Briefs.

Caulifla: J-just need to see Bulma.. she's smart... she'll know

Caulifla flew off to Capsule Corp, landing in the front yard. Upon landing, she took a second to catch her breath before walking in

Caulifla: B-bulma!

Caulifla waited as Bulma walked out of her office

Bulma: Caulifla?! Oh my Kami, you look exhausted, are you alright?!

Caulifla: Y-yeah...

Bulma: Follow me!

Bulma took Caulifla to her office and sat her down

Bulma: What's wrong?

Caulifla: I-I've just... been so damn exhausted... I've been able to keep up with training with no problems.. but now... I can't do regular activities without being tired

Bulma felt Caulifla's forehead, but no fever.

Bulma: H-has there been any pain? I mean, training hurts, I know, but anything else?

Caulifla: I've had this pain in my stomach since going to Planet Cereal, hasn't quite gone away

Bulma's eyes widened before she smirked.

Bulma: Follow me.

Bulma helped Caulifla over to a table

Caulifla: What is all this?

Bulma: Ultrasound equipment.

Caulifla: W-what is an ultrasound?

Bulma: It's a type of procedure that allows me to see inside your body.

Caulifla: Inside my body?

Bulma: Yup! Usually, you find these in hospitals

Caulifla: Why do you have one here then?

Bulma smiled

Bulma: Can never be too prepared

Bulma applied some gel to Caulifla's abdomen and grabbed a transducer. She began to rub the transducer over the gel, producing an image on the little screen.

Caulifla: What are you expecting to find?

Bulma: Oh, I just have a suspicion
