A loud battle cry echoed throughout the entire battlefield as Liam brought down the might Jarnbjorn, the metal axe cut through the first Frost Giant in half as blue blood found itself on Liam's clothes but he looked completely unbothered

One of the Frost Giants brought down his large fist as Liam rolled to his left and sliced the blue brutes left hand clean off as the Frost Giant reeled back in pure agony, the second Frost Giant made an ice dagger as he hurled it at Liam but he only caught it and threw it back

The ice dagger flew straight into the center of the second Frost Giant's head as his body fell backwards and landed with a small *THUD* as Liam found himself surrounded by even more Frost Giants, by the looks of it they were only targeting him but that didn't stop him from taunting them as he gripped his axe

"At least make it a challenge for me!!"

They all charge at him as Liam closes his eyes and focuses as he holds Jarnbjorn up into the air, a bolt of lightning comes down and strikes the axe; Liam slams the axe into the ground

The sheer force of the impact breaks the ground as the shockwave pushes the Frost Giants away from Liam, the former prince of Asgard is dishonorably struck from behind by a Frost Giant with a rather large hammer as Liam buries Jarnbjorn into the ground to steady himself

Out of the corner of his eye, he sees Valkyrie roll to her left and use her sharp sword to slice a Frost Giant's neck as he gurgles on his own blood before Valkyrie jumps up on him and plunges her blade into his skull ultimately killing him alas the great warrior is kicked in Liam's direction as he quickly catches her

The two Asgardians go back to back as even more Frost Giants unrelenting charge at them, Liam's eyes momentarily spark with lightning as he grips his weapon even tighter

"We aren't going to hold out for long..one of us needs to get the people to safety"

Valkyrie knew what Liam was suggesting and she wasn't about to like this plan as she turns her head a bit and gave a rather concerning look

"I get it, you made a promise to protect me after my parents died but you can't hold my life above our people, Valkyrie. Now go! I'll give them a worthy distraction.."

She truly didn't want to leave Liam all by himself but as much as she hated to admit it, he was right. Liam's entire body sparks with lightning as he jumps up high into the air with Jarnbjorn in his hands as Valkyrie makes a run for it

Most of the Frost Giants jump up to knock Liam out of the sky but before any of them even lay a finger on him, he brings Jarnbjorn down hard onto the battlefield as a massive wave of lightning kills hundreds of Frost Giants in one fell swoop
