Part 17: Before The Midterms

It's just 2 days before the midterms, I can confidently say this class will fail horribly. I've been watching closely, what the other groups have been doing. Firstly Yosuke's group, they are studying... studying about nothing. Most girls aren't even paying attention, they're only looking at his face and trying to invite him to do stuff. Second Yukimura-san's group is the one looking the best. They are studying like how a normal student would!

Third Horikita-san's group... There is no group, she tried to get the trio to come but they wouldn't budge. Kushida-san for some reason keeps trying to befriend Horikita-san, she even tried to ask me to help her. Of course, I declined, and she asked me for Kiyo's number that's also a no.

I know Kushida-san is just being nice and all, but Isn't that too much? Horikita-san has refused on being friends like 8 times now, and she's still trying. That's just weird, can't people see what's happening?

*Knock*
*Knock*

Ah, Somebody is knocking on the door. I went to the door and looked through the peephole, I can see Kiyo standing. I opened the door.

"What are you standing there for? Come in!" I stepped aside and let him in

"I need some help Yomogi." He said bluntly as always

"Hmm? Sure what is it?" I agreed even before hearing the demand

"You already know that most of our class would fail right?" He said

"Yup! So is it connected to that?" I asked

"Yes, so there's an experiment that I would like to do..." He said

"Go on..."

"I want to buy the midterms from last year." He said

"Huh? Why would you do that? The question is probably going to be different." I said

"I'm going to check it, by also getting the quiz that we already did." He answered

He's already sure that this is going to work, I guess I just have to believe him.

"So, who do we buy it from?" I asked

"That's your turn, I came up with the plan. Now you have to make it work." He said bluntly

I looked at him annoyed, Ugh... I knew this was going to happen. He doesn't like being in the spotlight, what a troublesome human being.

"Fine... I'll see what I can do." I answered sounding annoyed

"Great, try buying it from an upperclassman in class d, they would be more desperate for points. So it would probably make it cheaper." He said

"Ugh... Okay, so anything else?" I asked sarcastically

"Actually yes, share the papers with our classmates. One day before the exams, so tomorrow to be exact." He said making it sound easy

"Really? Tomorrow is a Sunday! How can I find all of them together, It would be much easier if it was a school day." I said getting more annoyed

"Just announce in the group chat, telling them to meet in the classroom. Say that it's important for passing the midterms." He said

"*sigh* Fine... I thought you would've come here to hang out, but you literally gave me a job to do..." I spoke to him in a sad tone

"Sorry... We can do that after the midterms." He said still with a monotone voice

"Great, we have a promise!" I said

After Kiyo left the room, I stayed thinking about who and how to do this task. I don't know much about my upperclassmen, except the SCP and the music club peeps. Most of them are from classes a and b. I left my room, to walk around trying to find a reasonable person to buy it from.
