Darlin would hate being trapped, not being able to see the pack who are worried sick about them

But they're thankful to have both avior and starlight there with them, so they aren't alone. Darlin will happily shift whenever their partners need some comfort (since Darlin shows their love better through actions rather than words)

Darlin 100% gives Starlight piggyback rides while in their wolf form

Starlight and Avior cuddle to a shifted Darlin and fall asleep, forgetting about their troubles for a few, peaceful hours

When the trio do cuddle (and darlin isn't shifted) They're usually the big spoon, making both avior and starlight their cute little spoons

Avior and Darlin match each other's sarcasm levels and love Starlight's inquisitive nature, they both find it adorable when their eyes light up

We all know how Starlight and Avior got trapped in the hellscape together but in this au, it's slightly different. Darlin & Starlight were best friends beforehand that met at a bar one night and hit it off from there 

Starlight is the one that got mixed up with Blake and Avior's magic but Darlin being Darlin, they took the hit and both ended up in Avior's rift

Darlin was protective over Starlight the first time they got trapped with Avior since they were sceptical about his intentions but eventually came to trust him 

Starlight had a crush on Darlin before being trapped in the hellscape but didn't know how to tell them since they didn't think Darlin felt the same (Avior sensed it)

They all end up falling for each other which didn't end well for either of them since the meridian had different ideas...

Avior and Darlin not wanting Starlight to risk their lives just so they could be freed from the hellscape

Starlight wants to free Darlin since they believe it's their fault for getting them trapped since they couldn't dodge Blake's attack 

In this AU, they all manage to escape the hellscape and help Eli and Sunshine take down Blake and Close-knit 

Darlin and Avior kicking Blake's xenophobic ass 

The department ends up getting contacted and Blake and his accomplices are taken away and close-knit is shut down. While at the department for questioning, David is called and relieved to hear Darlin is alright and safe (since he hasn't heard from them in a long time)

The pack meets Avior and Starlight and adopts them (found family vibes)

Starlight and Asher are bonding over video games!!

Avior is such a good cook and I will die on this hill, meanwhile, his partners cannot cook to save their lives (looking at you Starlight, in particular)

Starlight is the first to confess their feelings to both Avior and Darlin and is surprised when they feel the same and like each other too 

Darlin is nervous when Avior sees their scars for the first time. Avior thinks they're beautiful and lets them know they never have to feel scared to have them out around him and that he'll never judge them for having scars 

Starlight and Avior give Darlin so much love and they almost cry because they're not used to being treated so gently (looking at you, Quinn)

Starlight painting their apartment with Avior and Darlin and somehow they all end up covered in paint because Starlight is clumsy as hell 

Darlin and Starlight both going back to D.A.M.N since they want to learn healing magic and Starlight wants to get a better handle on their powers again
