My eyes go back and forth between my yellow bikini and my red one

My eyes go back and forth between my yellow bikini and my red one. I've always loved wearing swimsuits. Something about them makes me feel good in my skin. I'm insecure with myself, but whenever I wore a swimsuit I felt incredibly confident.

Summer has always been my favorite season. It's such a liberating time. You're free from everything in those 3 months. Nothing is holding you back. Back home I used to sit on the beach from sunset to sunrise.

The beach. My favorite place of all. The sand, the sound of the waves, the sea salt smell, everything about it is heavenly.

"Wear the red one," I hear Laineys voice from behind me. I turn to see her leaning against the door frame. She wears a black string bikini top and a pair of denim high rise shorts.

"Why not the yellow?" I asked.

"The yellow one is cute but I think Harry would like you in the red one," She winked at me with a laugh.

"Oh shut up!" I laughed along with her. "I really don't think it would matter to him what bathing suit I wore."

"True but I still think you'd look hot in the red one," Lainey said as she walked back into her room.

I shake my head with a smile and quickly change into the red bathing suit. I grab my yellow, floral printed sarong and wrap it around my waist. I decided to wear no makeup today. I only wear a little on an everyday basis, but I've always loved how my face naturally glowed when I didn't wear any.

Skincare is one of the many things I'm addicted to. I can't get enough of it. I've become a hoarder, collecting various products. I have a routine that I follow every morning and night. Lainey tells me that she's proud of me for sticking with it. She always tells me,  'Skin care is self care and self care is self love.'

Taking one last look in the mirror, I smile. I grab my sunglasses and put them on to compliment my look. I grab my bag, slip on my flip flops and walk out of my room.

"Are you ready to go?" I asked Lainey, who was sitting on the top of the steps.

"Yup! I was waiting for you," She gets up from the step and I follow her down them.

Lainey grabs the car keys we leave in a bowl next to the front door. We quickly leave our cottage and get into the car. Lainey starts it up as we put our seatbelts on.

"Do you know where we are supposed to go?" She asked me.

"Yeah," I nod. "Harry wrote down the address for us." I pull the piece of paper out of my purse and hand it to her. Lainey puts into her phone GPS and we head out.

I could feel my heart about to burst out of my chest. I'm beaming with excitement. Lainey was a bit on the fence when I asked her to come with me. But when else would we have the opportunity to go on a boat and see Italy from a different point of view? Even though she won't admit it, I know she enjoys being around Harry and his friends as much as I do.
