(It's been several years since izuku came home bleeding. He graduated and went to U.A. His pain only got worse. He never told anyone he had early-stage 4 lung cancer. And only had a few months left. Three months passed now he only has a few days)

Third P.O.V.

Hey kacchan. Izuku said to his best friend. he knew everyone was listening into their conversation but better to tell them now then later besides I only have a few days left. Izuku thought to himslef "Yeah izuku" 

 What would you do if you knew you'd die soon. "Are you gonna die nerd!" NO it's just hypothetical. Like when you have really bad coughing fits that never go away. *cough* *cough* It hurts. why does it hurt. Or You're always tired or out of breath. *breathing heavily* or you are constantly coughing up blood. *cough* *cough* Ow... *cough* Or you always wake up in the middle of the night to a mysterious pain in your chest. ow.. ow ow. Or (This is just made up not the disease but this symptom) Or your vision goes dark without warning
Why can't I see anything. And if you went to the doctor on your own and they told you it was too late for treatment. "In your condition midoryia it's too late for treatment you have 2 years max left. I'd say my goodbyes if I were you." What would you do?

"Is this honestly just hypothetical?" kacchan asks.

Yeah.

"well, I'd tell all my friends, crush, and family that I love them. And tell all my classmates about my condition." Well, what if you're too scared? And you only have a few days. "Then I'd pray for the best maybe write a letter or record a video for when I'm gone." Thanks, kachan 'if only you knew that this isn't hypothetical' izuku thought to himself. 

Bakugou's P.O.V.

I found a tape. It was dedicated to me. It was deku. 

"Hey, kacchan. If you're watching this I'm probably in the hospital and don't have much time left. You see when I told you that 'hypothetical situation' It wasn't really hypothetical. I have stage four lung cancer. All those times I'd constantly cough uncontrollably." He starts coughing. "Like that. Its cancer. Heh, Kacchan remember the joke you made in middle school? What was it... don't be sad cause sad backward is das and das not good. Take your own advice. And do me a favor and take care of eri-chan. And comfort Ochacko,todoroki,and iida when I'm gone. Thank you for being my best friend. So long old... friend..."  Then the video cuts out and goes to static. Izuku! I scream crying. I grabbed my keys and drove to the hospital 

I thought you said it was hypothetical. Why couldn't it just have been hypothetical?
