Chapter 8

I went home to freshen up. I arrived back at Jori's place and helped her set up CiCi showed up at the apartment all dolled up and Jori cooked us dinner. Our little conversation makes me wonder what does a woman in her 30s want with two 20-somethings as her girlfriends.

"Dinner is perfect" Cici took a big forkful of spaghetti

"Thank you, I learned from my dad" She smiled

"Well I'd love to taste his cooking someday too" CiCi smiled

"That's something I wanted to talk about with you two" Jori smiled

"Meeting your parents," I asked

"Yes. Not now since it's only been like a few weeks. We don't want to be moving too fast. But maybe after a month or two, we could" She smiled

"Wait me too" CiCi looked at us

"I want you to be my girlfriend as well" Jori smiled

"You okay with this" CiCi looked at me

"Of course, I am" I smiled

"Can I be totally honest" she bit her lip

"I hope so" Jori looked at her

"I invited both of you over the other night with hopes you'd get together yes but I must admit. Tay, I was completely honest about my feelings. Yeah, I wanted Drix but after he got time and you were there for me. I don't know what I felt for you but I felt something and it scared me because I have looked at females before but you are my closest friend and I always thought I'd be your wingwoman. And so when I met Jori and was attracted to her I was like good I can get my mind off Tay. But then she was like oh your friend Tay is hot. I was like I can hook y'all up. So that night like I said I wanted y'all to get together but when Jori invited me into it and you looked game too I got excited. I thought maybe you felt something for me too. I would be happy to be your girlfriend Jori but Tay I also want to be yours" CiCi bit her lip

"Ci I admit I find you attractive. I wanted you here tonight in fact because that night in your room changed everything for me. I don't know what feelings I have for you but I do know I want you to be a part of this" I pointed to me and Jori "you have never felt like family the way Jerod does. But I didn't want to pursue you. We've crossed that line and I'm okay with it"

"So" Ci twiddled her thumbs

"So we'll see where things go" I smiled " for now you're her girlfriend and we are friends with benefits okay"

"Okay" she smiled "at least I get benefits"

"Of course, you do with a pretty pussy like yours"  I smirked "if I had known you were hiding that from me I might've made a move on you years ago"

"Really" She smiled at me

"I found you attractive back then. But like I said didn't want to mess up the bestie thing. But since we in this relationship of some sort I'm going to take advantage" I put my hand on her thigh

"Yay my girlfriends are attracted to each other" Jori clapped her hands "and they may eventually date"

"Hopefully" CiCi smiled at me
We took some pictures together. Some with just me and Jori. Some CiCi and me and some Jori and me. Then we sat back down to finish dinner

"Oh before I forget someone is trying to sabotage Tay" Jori sipped her wine

"What who" She looked at me

"I don't know but I'm on suspension" I shrugged

"What why"

"Someone told them I used to run with Kendrix" I sipped my wine "it's whatever I was looking for a new job anyway"
