WHEN IZUKU LEFT HIS ROOM IN THE MORNING,

He didn't expect to see two of the household members laughing their soul off. Ugly dying duckling noises entered his ear, but he dared not complain and ruin their joyful mood.

"Ah—Izuku!" Hizashi, one of the laughing pair, wiped his tears of laughing after noticing the greenette near the door. Which Hitoshi, the other one of the laughing pair, soon tried following, though terribly failing when he started choking on his spit while trying to stop his laughter.

Izuku watched all of it with a deadpan, slightly worrying when Hitoshi didn't stop half‐choking—half‐laughing fit after a good...2 ish minute.

Shifting his gaze towards the cat that was stuck in-between the two idiots, his gaze quickly turned into one of pity.

Quietly walking towards the cat while Hizashi was trying to help Hitoshi to stop choking, Izuku picked it up, and distanced himself and the cat from the pair.

"Where are you going, Izuku!? Sit down!" Hitoshi, who had suddenly stopped choking, asked with twinkling eyes to the inching away Izuku.

"..."

Awkward silent was all the smiling Hitoshi got.

Plopping down on the floor with the cat cuddling to his waist, Izuku accepted his fate.

"Uh, I.."—GASP! Interrupted by a gasp, Izuku tiredly turned towards the sound, only to see an eye‐bulging‐out‐of‐face Hizashi.

Hitoshi tilted his head towards the blonde, also extremely confused, "TOFFEE IS ACTUALLY CUDDLING YOU!" Hizashi said in pure disbelief, to which Hitoshi shifted his head to the cat, it was so fast that Izuku was worried he might've broken or cracked something.

'...Toffee? Is that your name, Toffee? I really like it.' Izuku couldn't help but look at the cat in his lap, smiling slightly, the small puffy rosy spot under his eyes looking like blush.
