Layla, Layla Abdallah El-Faouly is an archaeologist and the wife of Marc Spector. In the final battle against Ammit and Harrow, El-Faouly made a deal with Taweret to be her Avatar and became the Scarlet Scarab, fighting Harrow in Cairo alongside Moon Knight and Mr. Knight.
