"So how was your day? You ask Elle. She was smiling. "oh it was the usual, how was yours, (Y/N)?"
You sighed."I don't really know, in-between I guess." She laughs." You know, even when you don't try to be funny, you are funny." You smile. "Elle, you have no idea how much that means to me."
You always liked Elle, wise, sweet, and always there for her friends. How could you not? Elle of course probably didn't like you back. Elle was way out of your league. She was pretty much everything you weren't.
To say the very least, You two were total opposites. Elle smiled. "So glad school is over for winder break. God, it took too long!" You giggle. "I know, right?" Little did you know, Elle really liked you.
You were always there for her, especially after she came out and transitioned, too. "Hey um, (Y/N)? She said. You look up at her. "Yes, Elle?" "Can I like, tell you a secret? She asks. You nod. "You can tell me anything, you know. I can handle it."
"Great, because i like you, in a romantic way."
Your immediate reaction was a simple smile, coming closer to her and saying, "I like you too, Elle."
