02 || Let's have a baby

After dropping off the kids at school. Namjoon convinced jin to go on a cafe, and to talk about the whole new-baby issues.

Settling down at the cafe, namjoon reached to hold jin hand. Jin indifferent behaviour softened a bit at the gentle hold but quickly brought back his sour attitude

"Namjoon, you holding my hand is not gonna convince me to change my mind. We're not going to having another baby".

"He never calls me namjoon unless. He's really serious '. Namjoon thought crestfallen, withdrawing his hand.

Jin held on his husband's hand, seeing him so upset, " Johnie, you know I love you, but having another baby is a lot of responsibility. We already have four growing kids. Jhope will enter his teenage in a group of years, Jimin and Taehyung despite their age, are like evil twins. And Jungkook always playing around and hurt himself sometimes. They're lot of work on their own. I honestly don't think we can handle another child, must less a baby ".

Jin tried to sound as reasonable as possible but panicked when he saw tears gathering in his husband's eyes.

"I just want another baby, jin hyung". Namjoon shakily whispered, his voice watery.

Jin signed.

"Alright Joonie, just give me some time and I'll think about it, okay? Please stop crying ".

"okay ". Namjoon replied, uncertainty.
"okay ". Jin smiled, relieved that his husband is no longer in tears. It hurts his heart, seeing namjoon or his kids hurt. 'I'm getting soft. But I'm soft for them '.

( A couple of days later)
Namjoon was not his usual self as of late. He always happy around his sons but out of sight his happy facade falls. 'Even if I'm not happy, I have to be in front of my boys. Hobi starting to notice and jungkook thinking he's going being sneaky hiding chocolate bars in my work bag. My poor baby acts like a punk, but he's always gonna be papa's baby '. Namjoon thought fondly.

"Joonie? ". He heard his Jin Hyung from behind him.

"Yes, hyung? Did you need something hyung ?".

"Can we talk? ". Jin replied.

" About what? " Namjoon asked, clearly knowing what it was about.

"I've been noticing you for the past two days, joonie. You can't hide your true self from me. I've seen the way your smile drops, whenever you turn away from us —".

"Hyung –" Namjoon started, apologetically.

"I've also made a decision about the adoption ". Jin interrupted Namjoon.

"I want a baby too Joonie ". Jin smiled softly at namjoon, looking down uncharacteristically bashful.

Namjoon felt happy tears well up in his eyes before stopping and glaring at Jin, accusingly.

" You're not agreeing just because I want a baby are you? Because if you are, I'll -"

" NO! No, Joonie. I just really thought hard about this. And I was watching baby videos of the boys yesterday and I didn't notice how happy I felt. Holding my baby in my arms, thinking 'this is my son; this is my baby ' I want that again Namjoonie, I want that so bad ". Jin replied.

Namjoon rushed forward to embrace his husband. "I'm so happy, hyung. I'm so damn happy you changed your mind ".

Both men said, " We're having a baby ".

( That night )

Getting ready for bed, Jin looked fondly at Namjoon entering the room.

"I still can't process that we're going through with this. How do we break the news to the boys. Jhope is gonna act up again. Remember when we brought home Jungkook? ". Namjoon asked, laughing.

"Heh, ' Another one?? ' He was so angry, also jungkook will be jealous because he is not longer Maknae ( Youngest) anymore in the house ". Jin replied.

"Oh, Jin hyung. I wonder how we're gonna choose a baby. It was so hard all four times we had to do it. But we clearly made the right decisions at the end ". Namjoon smiled, lovingly.

"You don't need to worry about that, joonie. I called up the orphanage this afternoon and they informed me of a half years old baby waiting for us. We don't have to adopt this baby but I have feelings he's the right one -" . Jin said, excitedly.

"WHAT?? "

"Clam down, Joon ".

"How can I calm down hyung? You literally phoned the orphanage and inquired about a baby before we even talked about you accepted to have another child ".

"It doesn't matter now Joon. All we have to do now is go to the orphanage tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. , ' cuz that's when I booked the appointment ".

"WHAT?! "

"No, what , Sleep ". Jin said .

" But, hyun-".

" Sleep "

Hello this is your author, as you all know that school is reopening, and I don't have time to update my books but I have two days holiday so I can update books and oneshot. Also I am writing this is night at 2:00 a.m. 😂😂 .
