Your script is something that you have written, it's something that you write about what you want to happen in your Dr once you get there or how you would look like in your Dr.
Basically, a script is all the details about your Dr (where you want to shift to, how you would look (you can also change your physical traits), how your voice sounds, your friends, how your room looks like, ....)
There are also some very important things to add to your script like:
· I can't feel any pain
· I can never die (or if you want adventure "when I die, I return to my Cr")
· I don't have any trauma and I can't experience danger
· 1 hour in my Dr is______in my Cr
· When my shifting is successful, I will wake up_____ (insert a situation where you wake up in your Dr)
· When I say the words,_____I will return to my Cr
· I will remember everything that happened in my Dr
· I will remember everything that happened in my Cr
