The Alice in wonderland method:
This method in my opinion is one of the best but you're going to need to have a strong imagination.
The steps:
I. Lay down in a starfish position where none of your limbs are touching
II. Then close your eyes
III. Start imagining yourself in a forest sitting against a tree reading a book or doing something
IV. Then out of the corner of your eye you see your comfort character running around the forest
V. So, you get up and start running behind them until you see that they jumped in a hole so you jump behind them but you're going to make yourself feel like you're actually falling
VI. Then you see a door that starts growing the second you stand in front of it and it opens to a bright white light
VII. And your comfort character holds out their hand telling you "It's time to go y/n"
VIII. And you walk in to your room in your Dr and you see yourself sleeping so you start feeling a connection with your sleeping body and close your eyes
IX. And once you open your eyes you should find yourself in your Dr
