The train method:

Steps:

I. Relax yourself, your mind, your body, close your eyes and just breathe. Relax.

II. Get rid of all the negative thoughts. We don't want your train to go in the wrong direction so you can only think of positive things. Things that make you happy and don't allow any negative thoughts into your mind

III. Imagine you're on a train and you're on a ride to a stop where all your desires are/ your desired reality. Keep your eyes closed and do not open them. Only open your eyes when you feel like you've reached your stop. When you open your eyes, everything will stop. This is why it's important to keep your eyes closed until you get to your stop.
