The intention method:

This method is also very easy if I'm being honest

Steps:

I. Lay down in any comfy position (like literally any position)

II. And sleep

III. Once you feel like you're about to fall asleep say "I intend to wake up in my Dr/Wr" and you should fall asleep

The reason you should do this method before you go to sleep is because your brain doesn't have any time to doubt so you will shift easily.
