A Troubled Past

Y/N's P. O. V

The matches have been decided and the I'm waiting along with the others while Krillin beats his very forgettable opponent.

Krillin then wins the match and starts approaching us

Goku: good job Krillin

Krillin: thanks it was nothing, I'm just glad that I didn't have to fight any of you

Vegeta: coward

The announcer then speaks up

Announcer: What a stunning performance from Krillin

The crowd starts cheering

Announcer: now time for the next match Junior (Piccolo's fake name, I can't remember the one that he used in the anime) vs Shin.

Piccolo then stiffened at this.

Goku: don't worry too much about it, you're going to do fine

Piccolo: tch, shut up

Piccolo and Shin then walk to the ring

Shin: let's have a good match, OK

He then gives a disturbing smile, putting Piccolo more on edge

Announcer: FIGHT

Piccolo doesn't move, you can see sweat coming down his face, Shin is about to make a move when Piccolo speaks up

Piccolo: I forfeit

The crowd starts booing

Announcer: OK, in that case Shin wins and proceeds to the next round.

Piccolo walks back to the ground

Goku: hey what gives, why did you forfeit

Piccolo: just shut up

Announcer: next up is Spopovitch vs Videl

They then walk to the ring, Videl gets into a fighting stance while Spopovitch just smirks

Annoincer: FIGHT

The next few minutes would be the most ruthless beat downs to ever happen in the tournament's history, Gohan becoming more and more enraged.

When the fight is declared over a bunch of medics come and take Videl, Gohan is about to go after them when I stop him.

Gohan: let me go

I say nothing as I just hand him a senzu bean.

Gohan: thanks

He then runs off

Announcer: the fights are going to be delayed due to the condition of the ring

Small Timeskip

Gohan just came back, he has calmed down a bit, Goku the puts his hand on his shoulder and asks

Goku: how is she

Gohan: she's going to be fine

The announcer then speaks up

Announcer: now that the ring has been fixed, the next match is going to be between The Great Saiyaman and Kibito

They then get into the ring and face each other while getting into their respective stances

Announcer: FIGHT

(A/N: not sure what Kibito's actual power level is but for story sake he is going to be able to match Gohan in base)

They both launch at each other and begin trading blows, this goes on for some time, they both seem evenly matched, that is until Gohan goes super saiyan
