"What's going on?" Hope asked as she walked up from behind Josie.
"Hope...this is my dad...father meet Hope." Josie glared at him
"It's nice to meet one of Josie's friends." He says
"Friends?" Hope raised her eye brow
"Is that what you guys are...right?" He asked
"Where have you been all my life and why are you ruining it now?" Josie asked completely ignoring the question
"I had to go into the military and then I got caught up with different people and as much as I wanted to come home to you girls I couldn't." Alaric admitted
"It's been 8 years dad...not even a letter?" Josie scoffed
"I think I should go" Hope picked up her book bag.
"No hope..stay."
"I've came here because I wanted to tell you that I'm staying here for you and Elizabeth." Alaric confirms
"No way." Josie scoffed
Nick and Lizzie then entered the door.
"Hey hope, hello Josie, hey dad..." Lizzie walked towards the stairs "DAD?" Lizzie turned around
She hadn't really notice her dad was here until she had to process the shit.
"Hello Elizabeth." Alaric says
Lizzie had a mix of shock and confusion.
She ran over and hugged him.
"You open him with open arms after what he did to us?" Josie scoffed
"It doesn't matter..he's here now." Lizzie smiled
"I'm starting to like Stefan more..damn sure like him better" Josie rolled her eyes
"I'm going to go get started on upstairs but I will see you when you get up there gorgeous?" Nick asked
"Sure." Lizzie says not even paying him attention.
"So, that's your boyfriend?" Alaric asked proudly.
"No..even though I want him to be..I have to respect his wishes and give him space..we are suppose to be working on this project for bio class." Lizzie confirmed
"That's good." Alaric slide his hand in his back pocket.
"What about you jo?" Alaric asked
"What?" Josie asked as she turned to face him
"Have you found a boyfriend?" Alaric asked
"Uhh—well I had this girlfriend but then we broke up" Josie then looked over at Hope who was already staring at her "but right now is complicated" Josie says turning her attention back to her father
"Oh..you are still in that phase...I thought you would have grown out of that phase but looks like if you keep living with a person like Caroline then this was bound to never change." Alaric says
"And what's that suppose to mean?" Hope scoffed
"Let me ask you...what's your name sweetheart?" Alaric asked
"None of your business" Hope says
"Well 'none of your business' this is a family matter so maybe you could take that shit on wards and get out." Alaric says
"What?" Lizzie asked
"I will not have her in this house, she's the reason you are sinful like this Josette." Alaric explained

"You will not talk to me this way Josette, I am your father." Alaric scoffed
"And you will not talk about Hope like that...she is my—she is...she is my girlfriend and I won't allow you to disrespect her" josie crossed her arms
She was scared to look over at Hope because she didn't want to feel embarrassed that she just claimed Hope as hers and they never even got the chance to discuss it.
"Lizzie we are all set up." Nick says as he made his way down the stairs.
"You..you are the reason my daughter is this way." Alaric spat out.
He raised his hand to slap hope and Nick ran over to him
He took his left arm and swung at Alaric hitting him in the middle of his mouth and nose.
Alaric fell down with blood spat out.
Hope looked over at Nick.
"That's the mikaelson speciality" Hope smirked
" you bitch! You broke my nose!" Alaric yelled
Lizzie was too shock to say anything.
"Sorry but you don't fuck with my sister...I don't hit girls but I will fuck a dirty ass old man up or anyone if they want to start shit with my sister." Nick spat out.
"I'm going home...I'll take with you later Josie." Hope says before leaving out the door which gave Josie no chance to talk or anything.
"Mom is going to be home soon so we need to start on this project Nick" Lizzie says
"Just give me 5 minutes gorgeous" Nick says before he left out of the twins house.
"Hope I have something to tell you that I didn't know how to tell you before...but I'm ready now." Nick says
"What is it?" Hope seemed very pissed
"I like guys.." Nick admitted as they walked into the house
"So you are gay?" Hope asked as she walked to the fridge.
"No..im pan..pan sexual. Josie helped me figure everything out." Nick says
"Mmm, which means you are into someone else and Lizzie was right." Hope groaned at herself
"What do you mean Lizzie was right?" Nick asked
" Lizzie made some remark about you not liking her anymore because she thought you liked someone else and I guess it true."
"So you guys talk about me?"
"Only sometimes...besides...I'm happy for you" Hope smiled
"Great...now I have to tell mom and dad." Nick says
"I am pissed you told Josie first though." Hope says
"She was there and it was a moment and she is now my best friend forever...you will always be my top 1 so don't get jealous" Nick smirked
"I wasn't...anyways I'm going to go hang out with Maya..you should really tell Lizzie the truth...i mean she might have hurt you but she's trying now and you just leading her on isn't something very 'Nicolas' like of you." Hope says
"I know..." Nick says
"I'm glad you came out to me...now I get to say 'that's gay' like you do to me all the time." Hope joked
Nick rolled his eyes.
The door bell rung.
"I got it." Hope says
She walked over and opened the door.
"What are you doing here?" Hope asked pissed off
"I just moved in here and I realized you lived here." The boy says
"Get the fuck out of here." Nick says
"I just want to talk." The boy says

"Hope?" Josie asked as she stood behind Landon.
