2 days later...

"I have a surprise for you." Said Sam as he barged into Aurora's office, making her mess up a document signing.

Aurora took a deep sigh and reversed the signature with magic. She then properly signed it.

"Sorry about that, but this can't wait." Sam explained, "I made you a new uniform and I'm freaking out, you have to try it!"

Aurora simply smiled as she sealed the royal envelope.

"Let's see what you did this time."

"You're going to love it!"

Sam opened the image of the sketches in his tablet. It was a practical outfit made up of a black lycra shirt, crimson leggings, a wine red vest, a belt and red half-finger gloves that covered her forearm. Knowing Sam, the design was the only simple thing about it.

"It has heating runes inside that convert into cooling runes based in the temperature, I picked the stretchiest and most comfortable fabric there is so you could move freely."

"How did you manage to make runes that tiny?"

"They are embroidered, tiny embroidery but it's there."

Sam then handed her a box.

"Now go try it on and tell me what you think."

"You didn't sleep, did you?" Aurora asked as she went to the bathroom with the box.

"Nope."

He was grieving just as much as her, so it was no surprise he was trying to keep himself busy. Aurora walked out, still adjusting her gloves. He wasn't joking, it was comfortable and way better than her old uniform, you know, the one she had to burn because of Alexander's blood that ended up staining it permanently.

"This is amazing! But the colours...what will the council say?"

"You're the literal Queen of Sun...I don't think that'll be a problem for you."

"Oh, yeah. Right! I forget that sometimes."

"Hmmm, yeah, I noticed. Anything you need adjusted?"

"No, feels perfect."

"Good. I overheard your conversation with Orion about the code and figured I'd try to implement something like that in the uniform." Said Sam.

Aurora was a bit confused on how he heard the talk, but ignored it and switched her attention back to his explanation.

"I asked Jade and Arthur for help with it and the outcome turned out wonderfully. Remove one of your gloves so I can show you."

Aurora removed her left glove and gave it to Sam. He put it on and the glove turned a bright orange colour.

"But shifters-"

"Magic produces a specific colour. We noticed during our research that the shade of red your magic produces can't be replicated. So, a shifter would be able to make something similar, but not accurate. We tested it with Ocean, her blue shade can't be replicated either."

"How will do this for non-magical members?"

"We did something similar, but with the DNA, instead of colour it translates into patterns."

"And you managed to accomplish all this in two days?"

"Yes, why?"

"I'm shocked." Said Aurora as she ran her fingers through her hair and then looked at it.

"Don't even think about it." Said Sam as he filled in a few assignments in his  tablet.

"It's too long."
