"Oh, I can't wait to go!" Marlene squealed excitedly at her girl friend.

"I know! Can you believe we're actually going?!" Lily exploded with excitement.

"What're you two ladies talkin' about?" Sirius asked, wrapping his arms around the two girls' shoulders.

The three other marauders trailed behind them, it was the day they Christmas Break started which meant they were all heading back home. They were on the way to the Hogwarts Express.

"We were talking about a concert, Black. No one you'd know." Marlene shrugged the arm off  of her.

"I take offense to that! I'll have you know, I'm very cultured in muggle music." He bragged.

"Mhm. Really?" Lily questioned, pushing his arm off. "Try me." Sirius challenged.

The two girls shared a look and Marlene crossed her arms. "Gracie-Anne Jones"

This caused the boys to freeze. "Gracie.. Jones?" James started.

"Mhm." Marlene nodded, looking confused why the boys looked that way. "Why?"

"Does she happen to be from New York?" He asked again. "So you do know muggle music." Lily nodded in satisfaction, "I'm surprised. She's having concerts all over Britain for her new song. My parents got us tickets for one in London."

"No-- it's not that." James shook his head. "Then?" She prodded.

"It's nothing." Sirius shook off, pulling James towards the train and onto their compartment.

"Gracie's a singer?!" James exclaimed. "Did you know about this? Why didn't you tell me?" He demanded.

James had felt so left out, he was the only one who hadn't been in contact with Gracie recently.

"Calm down, Prongs. Neither of us knew, actually. She never said anything." That certainly calmed him down. He was relieved he wasn't the only one who had no idea.

"We should go see her." Peter chimed in. "Meet her in person and all."

"I agree." Remus nodded.

"'Course, no way I'd miss a chance to meet her again." Sirius scoffed.

James only stayed quiet, already pondering the things he would say to her when he saw her again.

"It's pretty crowded here." Peter noted, seeing the swarm of people standing around the area.

Apparently, Gracie was having an outdoor concert, and the four boys, plus the two girls had charmed their way into the front lines, just right across the stage.

"She's pretty well-known in the muggle world." Lily told them, "She has the best songs, they're all so meaningful and relatable. We haven't got the chance to hear the latest one though."

"Guess we'll hear it in a few." Sirius chimed in, already having an idea what the song could be about, he glanced towards James.

As time passed, the crowd progressively increased more and more, until they were all standing so close together, barely any space between the crowd.

"I didn't think she was this well-known." Peter squeaked, feeling somewhat suffocated.

They noticed the lights dim and the crowd going feral. The purple  spotlight turned on so suddenly, aiming towards the center of the stage, where they saw a figure slowly emerging from under.

This wasn't the first time they had been in a muggle concert, the marauders had gone to the Beatle's concert before, it was pretty much similar to this one.

When the figure finally stood under the spotlight, they looked up, and Merlin, James had never seen anyone so beautiful. His breath was taken away just like the first time he had seen her.

Gracie smiled at the crowd, happy to be in her element. "Good evening, London!"

The cheers of the crowd caused her smile to grow more and more. "How're you all doing tonight?"

Yells of responses echoed throughout the area, James couldn't be bothered to cover his ears from the really loud screaming of a girl beside him, he was too focused on the girl standing in the center of the stage.

"Well.. I think we should get started, shouldn't we?" She chuckled at the chorus of 'yes' that echoed. "Alright, I'll be singing a song about a special someone." This caused the cheers to grow once more,

Sirius discretely glanced at his best friend, seeing the mesmerized look he had on his face, just like the ones he had when he first saw her.

Gracie hummed in the microphone happily. "I think most of you will find this song somewhat relatable. This is Enchanted."

The crowds cheered once more, before slowly calming down. That was when the music started.

Gracie had been strangely nervous to perform today, in London. She had no idea why, she was usually so calm and composed. Maybe it was the fact that she was close to the person who had enchanted her yet broke her heart at the same time.

She hadn't responded to James' mail. He had apologized to her, asking her how she was and all sorts of questions, but she couldn't bring herself to reply. She was still hurt, but honestly, the main reason was because she had no idea what to reply with.

She wanted to tell him that it was okay, that he didn't have to apologize, and that she was doing fine. But that was all a lie. It wasn't okay, he definitely had to apologize, and she was the opposite of fine because of him.

And so she didn't reply. She wanted to, but she didn't think it was the right time for her. So she focused herself on planning her next tour and her new friends. They all had been so sweet to her, and she couldn't help but love them.

Now, she was in London, backstage with the bundle of nerves she couldn't seem to calm down.

"Gracie, you're on in 3!" A staff yelled out, and the girl nodded.

She took a deep breath before downing her water. "Let's do this." She whispered to herself, before she heard the signal,

"And this is, Gracie Jones!"

She walked towards the stage confidently, feeling the spotlight on her already. She sent a greeting towards them, receiving loud replies. Honestly, her crowds cheered her up so much, they were one of the reasons she loved performing so much.

"Well.. I think we should get started, shouldn't we?" She chuckled at the chorus of 'yes' that echoed. "Alright, I'll be singing a song about a special someone." When she said that, she couldn't help but think of James, he was her muse, after all.

Gracie hummed in the microphone happily. "I think most of you will find this song somewhat relatable. This is Enchanted."
