The Squat Challenge

This is the best thing ever.
By far.

I used to do this everyday but... I stopped - bad I know.

But it's literally just a song - I'm sure you've at least heard of it (you know - bring Sally up, bring Sally down and all that...)

Start in a squat, and when the lyrics say "bring Sally up" you straighten your legs and come out of the squat. When the lyrics say "bring Sally down", go back into your squat and hold until the lyrics say "bring Sally up" again.
