Having sex was a big step in our relationship, I wasn't ready but it was our prom night and it had to be extra special. "You have protection,right?" I asked him as we lay in the bed. "Erm..no. But aren't you on the pill"
He looked at me with worry as if he might call it off over something that insignificant. The ball was in my court and I went for a slam dunk. "Of course," I replied easily with a small smile. He looked relieved and we continued on into the night. It never crossed my mind that there was a possibility I would get pregnant, the doctor already told me it was never going to happen.
