Dream's POV

Boss XG's attitude has gotten worse, I dunno why but...I'm having a bad feeling about this
I'm now in my boss's office and he told me that I'm in charge of his works for a while cuz he's busy of something else
I let out a sigh then sat down on his chair...until a knock came from the door
I checked on the cctv,it was just Geno who has a concerned look on his face
Hmm...I wonder why
"Come in" I simply said
He opened the door and closed it from behind,he then ran towards me
"Where's boss?" He asked as he started to look around
"Oh,he's not here,he never told me where he went,he just told me that he is busy of something right now" I explained
"Oh okay...Dream,you really really need to know this" he said as his expression changed into serious one
I got concerned and curious of what he will gonna tell me
"What is it?" I asked
He then let out a tiny plastic bag with a goop inside of it
"Familiar?" He asked,I was confused so I looked closer to the goop he handed over me
My eyes widened in shock
Nightmare...
Oh stars...I wonder what is he planning again..
"Where...where did you found this?" I asked
"Ink's room...in his house.." He muttered
I was shock

"What!???" I asked as I stood up
"Come on! We need to hurry and inspect something more in Ink's house!
We can't just let our friend in biggest trouble right?? We have to help him!" He exclaimed
"But Geno,you're just a-" I said but he cut me off
"Scientist and a doctor,while you just an assistant! It doesn't matter
What matters is,we'll help him solve these problems!" He yelled
"So what do you say??" He added
I looked down and not really sure...
Until I felt a hand tapped my shoulder,I looked up to see Geno giving me a comforting smile
"Don't worry...we'll be careful..
Speaking of your brother...we won't hurt him...okay?
We can do this" he calmly said
I smiled back then nodded

Actually...I told Geno everything of what happened to me and my brother,of course he understands cuz he's the best bud..
And a trusted friend,more like a confidant
My brother was once an assistant and not corrupted like me when it was our first day of work...
My brother is...really mad at me because of my stubbornness
I dunno if he hates me or not,but maybe he still hates me because of an accident..
We were at the lab,checking and managing the things,observing the workers as well
My brother told me not to cooperate with the experimenter but I did not listen...
Boom,the experiment went wrong
Instead of me being corrupted, it was my brother
He saved me,and the experimenter? He died
It was my fault anyway,our co-workers blamed everything to my brother
I tried to explain everything what really happened but...failed
My brother got kicked out and I never seen him again..
The last time I heard about him is..he joined the bad guys and became the leader..

Error's POV

I was watching my favorite novela on tv until Sci entered the room and said
"Error,-"
"Let me guess,he's already awake?" I interrupted
He just nodded
I sighed then stood up then approach him
We then started walking together to see Ink
When we are now in front of his room,Sci opened the door to reveal Ink with full of bandages in his body
I also noticed some strange tattoos on this body
He noticed us so he just looked down and started avoiding eye contact
We entered the room and Sci closed the door from behind
I then sat down on a chair that was beside the bed
"So...how are you feeling?" I asked
"Great...I guess.." He muttered
"Will you look at me when we chat?" I asked,annoyed
He rolled his eyes then started making eye contact with me
"Happy? Now start judging me by my look,I'm really that weak right?" He asked,angrily
Wtf is wrong with him?
"I never knew you tattooed your own body...it makes you look weird tbh" I stated
"Hmph,they aren't tattoos...
They are scars Error, scars.." He corrected
I was really shock and worried to hear that

"I...*sigh* anyways...thank you for...saving me btw.." I muttered
"It's...fine, not big deal actually" he simply said
"I was amazed of your skills..
You can easily detect someone's presence...while me not
Like when you found me without knowing,and you knew Nightmare was in the forest in the whole time" I said
"Heh,I have my ways" he bluntly said
"Welp...you guys are really best friends....I see
Congrats for reuniting again tho" Sci suddenly said
"Hehe..yeah..
But..." Ink muttered
"What's wrong?" I asked
"The problems we had...it's not done yet..
I think we're already in the middle of it and not in the beginning anymore...
I hope...our promises will come true.." Ink muttered
"Don't worry...promises are made with ourselves,so we can also achieve them by ourselves of course as well
Let's start teamwork instead...like..right now..what do you say?" I asked
Sci already agreed
"Well...yeah,we can be team..
Ain't that wrong?" Ink asked
"Well...teaming with a criminal is wrong but as long as you two are bestfriends and promised something with each others...nothing's wrong" Sci stated
"Okay..but first
Can u guys not hurt my other close friends who also works in my company?" Ink asked
"Ofc,give me their names" I simply said

"Well...just...
Dream and...Blue" he muttered
"Oh poor you,just had small amount of friends.." Sci said
Dream...isn't that Nightmare's brother?
"Sure,now...what's the plan"
