PROLOGUE:
My name is Bridget Maxride. 'Bridget' means strong, happy, blissful, joyful or exalted one. Contrariwise, I'm not that kind of person. Kabaliktaran ako ng pangalan ko. I'm not a super happy person, I'm clumsy, quiet, who is not very nice and is not always helpful to cheer up everyone else.
Now, let me tell you my story.
My life was plain, boring and peaceful until a series of unfortunate events started to happen.
And then there was this guy, like a Prince who appears in some fairy tales, he came to the rescue of the damsel in distress, ME.
Iniisip niya na isa siyang napaka special na tao. But for me he was just a twisted, perverted, manipulative, bipolar guy with OVER-flowing confidence and end of the day he was nothing but a liar.
"I'm your Prince charming, and I'm saving your ass heh," ang mga unang katagang narinig ko mula sa kanyang bibig.
Okay, for what I know a Prince Charming is often handsome and romantic. Well this guy looks just fine, hindi gwapo hindi din panget and he's NOT romantic err.
A Prince Charming can make any lady swoon over him. Okay I admit, once na akong nahimatay sa kanya but not because of adoration or strong feelings towards him, it's because of suffocation and stress.
He was my daily dose stress!
Who became my daily dose of happiness.
But then the day came that I had realized there was really SOMETHING about him. May lihim siyang itinatago sa akin. He kept this little SECRET.
"There is a man more wicked, more ruthless than any monster lurking in your nightmares Biddie," Prince Charming said. "Let me tell you a secret," he whispered in my ears. "You're dealing with Death."
Ngunit hindi lamang iyon. May iba pa siyang lihim na itinatago, and that's what you're going to find out.
