Raven could tell something was different when she woke up the next morning. Something felt off but he wasn't sure what it was, just something was different. The group noticed as well, she was quieter but they figured it was just due to her trying to cope with everything that had happened and now with the fact that Dimitri was gone so he couldn't hurt her anymore. They also reminded Raven that she woke up to his father being gone and she didn't get to say goodbye to him. Raven agreed but he also had a feeling it was something else.

They pulled up to the mansion a couple of days later and he held her hand as he walked her up to her room. "Kitten okay?" he asked quietly as he watched her walk around the room.

"Da, I okay," She smiled softly as she curled up in the bay window seat. "Miss Papa, Mama."

"Call," Raven shrugged nonchalantly. "Call after eat, talk them."

"Da," she nodded. She looked out the window after a few minutes. "I go look house please?"

"Now?" he asked and she nodded. "Da, come I take."

"Thanks," she smiled softly.

"Course Kitten," He smiled and held her hand. "South Silas work lot for you."

"Sweet husbands," She smiled softly.

"Hey where are you two off to?" Nathan asked noticing them head to the door.

"Kitten see house," Raven said as he grabbed his car keys.

"Oh let's go," North said as he and Silas got up off the couch. "We can see if there is anything you want to change and see how you like it so far."

They left and headed to the house in the forest. They pulled up to it and Anastasia gasped, it was so beautiful. There were balconies on the upper rooms and there were flower boxes and the ivy was on the walls. It was just like in a fairytale with the trees surrounding the house and a small brook in the back of the house that she could just imagine sitting out there to watch the animals walk by.

"Like it Baby?" North asked and she nodded in excitement

"Like it Baby?" North asked and she nodded in excitement. She walked in and smiled as she ran her fingers along the vintage looking spiral staircase. "The kitchen is still a work in progress but it's got the gothic vibe you wanted."

"Da?" She asked in shock as Silas took her hand and led her to the kitchen

"Da?" She asked in shock as Silas took her hand and led her to the kitchen. She looked around in awe. "Beautiful, all so beautiful."

"Glad like Kitten," Raven smiled watching her take everything. She was like her old self and he wanted her to be like all time.

"Stay here?" She asked excitedly and they smiled. She had a light in her eyes that they hadn't seen since she was in the hospital. She looked so happy to be in the house, so carefree.

"Let me call to see how long before the electricity and water can be turned on," Kota smiled as he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket.

She continued up the stairs and started looking at all the rooms. They were all empty and plain but had so much potential. She came into another room and walked over to windows. She opened the French doors and stepped out onto the balcony. She sighed as she took in the sights around and below her. She felt at peace, this is where she felt like the belonged but the pain in her heart also was a constantly reminder that everything was a lie. They were deceiving her and everything she thought she knew about Raven was a lie. He only cared for her because he had an obligation to fulfill the contract her mother and his parents drew up, he didn't really think of her as his best friend and little sister. As much as she wanted to stay here where her soul said she belonged she knew she couldn't. She sighed, she would enjoy it while she could but she also had to be realistic and start planning on how she would disappear and start her life all over again but this time without the person she thought was her best friend.

"There you are," Kota smiled as he came out on the balcony, "good news, they said they can have everything installed tomorrow so the guys can put in all the appliances later that day or the following day, we can all start staying out here soon."

"Why don't you head home Angelo Mou and start planning what you want for these rooms?" Silas said softly. "North and I will stay here and work on the house some more."

"Da," She nodded. "Lot's ideas," She bit her lip looking around the room again. "So beautiful."

"Come on Kitten," Raven smiled as he pulled her into his arms. She didn't immediately wrap her arms around him like she usually does. He frowned but then covered it up when he realized she was looking up at him. "Go home plan your dream home more."

"Da," She forced a smile while her heart ached.
