12 years...it had been 12 years since Jungkook had started living with me...He hesitated at first...but he didn't have a choice...It had been 12 years since he started rehabilitation...So much had changed.
Flashback...
"Hey jungkook I'm back from wo-"
"I thought I should prepare dinner for you...I thought you would be so tired..."
I was so hungry at that time and seeing some of my favourite foods on the table I had jumped into Jungkook's hands and pecked his lips.
"OMG JUNGKOOK HOW DID YOU KNOW MY FAVOURITE FOODS...I AM SO HAPPY...I LOVE YOU JUNGKOOK"
"YAHHH STOP RIGHT THERE...I was the one who was going to confess over dinner...shucks you did it first...wait did you mean it or what." He said as he held me tightly against his body, my legs wrapped around his waist.
"Depends upon what you-um-were going-to confess"
"What if I was going to say that I love you"
"Then I would say...I hate yo-"
Before I could continue...He had kissed me..."I love you too"
3 yrs later
Do you Jeon Jungkook take Y/n as your newly wedded wife...
"I would like to say something before that...3 years back...Y/n confessed to me after I made her dinner when she came from work...like can you believe it she confessed to me over FOOD...I have fallen in love with her over and over from the time I met her...she-knows me better-than anyone...she knows all my insecurities and yet she held unto me...she makes me a better man...I love her so much...I can't---express it...standing here...seeing her walk down that aisle in the white dress...she looked so pretty that I had pinch myself and check if this was really happening or not...she looked as pretty as the first time I saw her walk down the school corridor...I can't wait to start a family with her...I can't wait to call her my wife...I can't wait for her to be fully mine..."
"I do"
I stood back in my position as Y/n was crying so hard...I hugged her...she wouldn't stop crying throughout the party she buried her head in my chest and everyone were smiling at the both of us...
End of flashback
I wiped my tears and fixed my hair as I came out of the bathroom the view in front of me was something I wanted to hold on to for the rest of my life.
Jungkook was sleeping with our 3-month baby girl on his chest while...Jeonsan our 4-year son was sleeping on one side...Jungkook protectively held on to both of them...I leaned on the door frame and looked at them.
"Baby...come I want you as well"
I giggled seeing him be all pouty...I went to him and pecked his lips..."Do you have a place for me??"
"Always"
I hugged him from the other side as he rested his head on mine.
"I love you Jeon Jungkook"
"Forever and always"
"We met each other at the worst times of our lives...and we stood by each other...from now till infinity..."
Author - Gosh I feel so lowkey single...I think I need to switch to writing sad one-shots for a while...I swear before I met BTS...If someone asked my type I would just say " ughh anyone is fine" Now a have a whole damn list...my standard is raised so high...I don't think I will ever get married. 🤣🤣 Hope you liked this one-shot...
