Showbear is a sort of Guardian Angel like character! He appears in the 3rd Episode, helping our protagonist remember a tragic event she blocked out of her memory. He's sort of like The Puppet! A caring ghost with a mysterious past! (And no, he's not possessed by the souls beside him. That's just meant to show who he's talking about-)

Pumpkin Rabbit is a creepy serial killer in one of the NON-CANON videos. He's a creepy variation of Bon, our main star. But someone on Reddit made a point that perhaps the mysterious Shadow Man is Pumpkin Rabbit, or at least looks like him?
And a great friend of mine once said that The Shadow Man could be Felix Kranken...and in the short he's in, Pumpkin Rabbit DOES end up killing two kids...HMMMMM-
