Refeeding Syndrome
After malnourishment or starvation, when nutrition is reintroduced and reseeding commences (enterally or otherwise), this refeeding can cause serious and potentially fatal consequences, caused by sudden shifts in electrolytes that help the body metabolise food. This usually follows periods of malnourishment, fasting, extreme dieting & starvation or famine, and may be related to anorexia, alcohol use disorder, cancer or dysphagia.

Refractory UC + distal proctitis
Refractory ulcerative colitis, either acute or chronic inflammatory bowel disease.

X-Ray of urinary system incl. bladder, ureters & kidneys. Usually done during cystoscopy, incorporating an endoscope (long, flexible, lighted tube).

RPG Stent - Retrograde Pileogram & Stent
Retrograde uteri's stent insertion is the passage of a stent to relieve a ureteric obstruction, most commonly from stones out urethral strictures. Stent is passed into the ureter (via the urethra and bladder, I.e. retrograde) under X-ray, or USS using guide wire.
A retrograde pileogram is an X-RAY looking at bladder, ureters and kidneys.
