1) When writing a new chapter, at the top, you can see your story along with options to publish, save, preview, and • • •.
2) Click on • • • and you'll see: Dedication (shaded), Time settings, External links, and Revisions.
3) You need to publish your story part first, then click on edit.
4) Then click on • • • and underneath story status, you'll see dedication.
5) Click on add, and then type the person's username. When you publish the chapter, the chapter will be dedicated to that particular person
