Hello!
—————————————

Bil and I have been taking for a month now. Yeah. I know. We've seen each other a couple times and I'm pretty sure she's slipped about three times.

I didn't point it out, like I said I don't wanna scare her. She asked me to come over today. We're finally free and wanted to see each other.

"Bye dad I'm gonna go see Billie." I kissed his head and grabbed my car keys. "Bye have fun, how long are you gonna be gone?" He asked sheepishly.

"Uhm...one, gross and two, I don't know but I'll try to make it as long as possible." I said scrunching my face at what he implied with that question.

I put my shoes on and left. Billie's house is like thirty minutes away so I rolled down the windows and turned up the volume.

This is one of my favorites parts of driving. I always dreamed of doing this. When I got my car this was the first thing I did. I calmed down once I reached her neighborhood though.

I arrived at Billie's house, I did a little pep talk that I wasn't gonna mess shit up. Locking the car I went up the stairs and knocked on the door.

Maggie opened it. "Hi I'm Zaidee, nice to meet you." I extended my hand. She shook it "Nice to meet you too sweetheart, come in."

She opened the door a little more so I can walk in. "Billie's in her room, down the hall, last door to your left." She said mindlessly. "Thank you." I headed down the hall.

I knocked on the door but didn't say anything. Little Billie opened the door, she had a pacifier in her mouth. Her smile dropped and tears instantly formed in her eyes.

She slammed the door shut before I could say anything and I heard sobs coming from the other side. Carefully. I opened the door and went in, shutting it behind me.

She was on her bed, knees clutched to her chest as she tried to keep her sobs down. Breathing hard, she sobbed even more.

Shark was trying to climb on her as he whimpered confused on why she was crying that hard to the point where she couldn't breath.

I quickly went over to her to calm her down. "Hey Billie, look at me. It's ok baby." I grabbed her chin and tilted her head up so she can look at the sincerity in my eyes.

I sat next to her and opened my arms for her to climb into. She quickly did and sobbed on my chest while I rubbed her back to calm her down.

"It's ok. I know, baby. You're alright, angel." I kept whispering in hopes she would stop crying. She eventually did and hugged me back. She was still breathing heavily.

"Are you ok?" I asked concerned as I wiped the stray tears off of her face. "I need my inhawer." She said. "Where is it?" "In da dwawer."

I went to her top drawer and found it. I took the cap off and handed it to her, she took two puffs before handing it back to me. I put it back where it was.

"I'm sorry." She seemed to be in her big headspace as she climbed off of my lap and sat next to me. "Hey it's ok I kinda figured." I reassured.

"When?" She tilted her head. "The first day we met." I grinned making her sigh in relief. "Why didn't you say anything." She pouted.

"I didn't know how you were gonna react." I said stroking her back. "What are we gonna do? I kinda don't wanna go out anymore." She asked resting her head on my shoulder.

"Whatever you want, what do you wanna do?" I asked her. "Can we go in the backyard?" She asked.

"Mhm let's go." I stood up and grabbed her hand. "C'mon sharky." She called for him.

Before we walked out I watched her hesitate as she looked at her stuffie. I could hear the debate she was having with herself.

I went over to her bed and grabbed it, giving it to her. She grinned and looked at me. "I might slip." She said quietly.

"That's ok, I'm here." I told her leaving no room for argument. We headed to the backyard.

We laid on the grass and held hands while we talked. "I really like you." Billie blurted out of nowhere.

I turned to look at her, she was already looking at me. "I really like you too." We stared at each other with smiles glued to our faces.

"Wanna be my girlfriend?" I asked after a moment. "I would love to." She grinned.

I sat up and tapped my lap for her to sit on me. She quickly crawled on top of me. Her stuffie under her armpit making me awe.

"What's their name?" I pointed to the elephant. "His name is Wennon." She immediately slipped, not able to say her l's properly.

"That's a good name, did you name Shark?" I chuckled. She shyly nodded. "That's cute." I wrapped my arms around her.

"I want you to know that this means I'm your caregiver now. Is that ok with you?" She perked up and smiled nodding her head vigorously.

"You my mommy?" She bounced in my lap adorably. "If you want me to." I laughed.

"Yea I want you to." She snuggled into my neck. Shark and Pepper ran around happily while Billie slowly fell asleep in my arms.

A couple of minutes later I decided it was late and I should go back home. We talked for a while. I carried her back inside while the dogs followed.

I laid her in bed making her whine and open her eyes. "Go to sleep bub." She gripped my hand. "Stay pease." She pouted.

Reluctantly I laid down next to her as she immediately cuddled into me. "Goodnight mama."

"Goodnight princess." I felt her smile against my neck.
