In March, Germany was in position to intervene in Greece.

"Hmm. I've got my batallion of soldiers ready, so I need to be on a look out for Greece for a while." Germany said.

Plans were changed, due to developments in neighbouring Yugoslavia.

"I need to change plans. Yugoslavia has big development and it would be better if I invade these two but being preempted by the Allies can be a possibility. It would seem impossible that they preempt my attacks, for I preempted them in invading Norway. I'll just invade two in a month, because change of plans would mean change in my position." Germany said.
