“I’ll be telling the headmaster about this.” He said, as if ignoring my comment entirely.
“Do what you like, I’ve claimed, and marked her; so whenever I’m hungry-”
“You swine!” John cut me off.
“She’ll give me her blood, willingly; I was hungry earlier…but now…” I trailed off with an evil grin growing on my face.
“You disgust me.” John said, under his breath.
“Good, God knows I’ll try anything just to disgust you.”
“How dare you, of all people, talk of God?! You’re nothing but a blood-sucking-demon!”
“Don’t you have night patrol to see to?” I asked, ignoring John’s last comment.
“Damn you!” John said, leaving the room and slamming the door, the slamming startled Adriana in her sleep and she stirred. I ran my fingers through her hair, trying to calm her. She went back to sleeping peacefully.
