Cassidy Prim, a public figure who despises being in the spotlight, headed to a lesser-known island to get away from everything for a bit. She started a relationship with Lincoln Eleazar, whom she had just met there. She then realized that she was slowly falling in love with the place as well as with the man.

Everything was great until the man that brought her peace also brought chaos in her life. Things had changed in an instant. She told herself that she would never return to the love-cursed island because doing so would reopen deep wounds she had been trying to heal.

But it seems that destiny has other plans for the two. Little did they know, their existence is significant to the island's fate.
