Panic

*The next day*

You are in the kitchen and you help Nat to do the dishes.

N- Sweetheart, could you go to the storeroom to get some clean towels please?

Y/n- Yup

Nat- Thanks babe

You wipe your hands and you leave the kitchen

You head a little further in front of a big door

Y/n- Damn

You whisper

You walk into the storeroom after a deep breath.

You hear Tony coming to the door, he doesn't see you

T- Damn everybody forgets to close that fucking door !

He closes the door and locks it as you watch the closed door with wide eyes. You run to the door and you start to hit on it.

Y/n- Dad ?! Dad please o- open !

You try to keep calm, you knock harder and harder on the door.

Y/n- Dad ? Nat ? Someone is here please ?! Someone can open the fucking door, it's small in here !

You turn around and walk forward in the middle of the room, your breathing quickens. You start to get very hot, the walls are getting closer to you.

Y/n- Okay, Okay calm down Y/n, that's not real okay ? The walls don't move !

You start to cry, you close your eyes and you put your head in your hands.

You stand in the back of the room against the wall, you keep calling Nat and Tony

Y/n- Please... please someone, I can't stay here !

You hit the shelves and you throw the items on the floor hoping to make more space in the room.

You let you slide against the wall crying. You bring your legs back to your chest, burying your face in your arms as you feel like you have trouble breathing.

You start to shake, you feel like you're going to pass out, you're afraid to get stuck here forever.

About 5 minutes later you hear someone open the door.

You are still in a ball in a corner, shaking.

W- Oh god Y/n

N- Y/n !

T- I'm sorry I didn't know you were here...

You don't answer, you still cry, you can't move anymore

Wanda comes closer to you and tries to get you up.

W- Hey, what is happening, what happened ?

T- She is claustrophobic... I had completely forgotten, it had been a very long time since she had had something like that.

Y/n- W- Wanda

She take your arm and try to get you up.

W- My god she's shaking so much adn she's sweating

T- The last time she had a sort of seizure like that we ended up in the hospital, she had 10 years old...

N- Wow, I guess that's good to know ! We should take her to the hospital !

Y/n- No...

W- What ?

Y/n- Not the hospital please...

Wanda puts your arm around her neck and tries to gently walk you out of the room. Nat helps her.

Once outside you pass out.

You wake up with a start, you look around and you see Tony, Nat and Wanda looking at you worried.

Y/n- What happened ?

T- I accidentally locked you in the storeroom and you had a sort of seizure... you were sweating and you were shaking, you are not in the hospital because you did not want to but I think we should have.

You sit on the sofa

Y/n- No, no I'm fine it's okay

T- Please

Y/n- No

Wanda come to you and she crouches in front of you putting her hands on your knees and looking you straight in the eyes

W- Okay, we won't bring you to the hospital I promise.

Y/n- Okay

You say calmly

Wanda gets up and hugs you.

W- I admit that I was scared a little

Y/n- I'm fine baby

N- Why didn't you kick the door down ?

You look at Nat, Wanda sits next to you.

Y/n- I don't know... The walls were getting closer to me, I had no more strength, I didn't feel well...

N- Yeah I saw that

She comes closer to you to place a soft kiss on your lips.

T- I'm sorry Y/n

Y/n- It's fine, I don't blame you

Nat strokes your cheek smiling at you

You look at her and she hugs you

N- We'll be careful not to lock you up next time

You laugh
