Dear Journal,
No sign of Rinto yet.
I'm documenting in case something happens to us and somehow this Journal survives; at least then people will have some idea of whatever happened.
Seriously, what are the odds? Neither of us have been in this forest before, and forests can have wild animals, or hobos, or crazy hobos, or hobo bears, or worse...
Ugh, I hope we survive.
...Specifically, I hope Oliver survives.
