your hand grows tired from all the writing, you look to see the small stack of paper's you already filled out, and the much larger stacks of paperwork that you have yet to fill out. this was definitely going to be one of your long nights.
you let out an exhausted sigh, lolling your head back. you close your eyes, just to rest them for a moment, before the buzzing sound and bright light from your phone brightens the dimly lit and quiet room. you groan, leaning forward and checking the notification, it was shoto. you were certainly confused as to why he would text you.
you had just said bye to him, when he left for his first patrol, only thirty minutes ago.
