In the Tattoo parlour in another part of town, Scott was sitting in the chair as Maddie and Stiles stood against a wall

"Boy it's a good thing you drew me a picture." The Tattoo Artist said

The guy looked at a drawing of Scott's tattoo of two simple black bands that would go around Scott's arm.

"Hey Scott sure you don't want something like this?" Stiles asked as he held up a picture of a tattoo of a lizard creature that looked suspiciously like the Kanima

Scott and Maddie both gave him a look

"Too soon? Yeah... I don't know man are you sure about this? I mean these things are pretty permanent, you know?" Stiles said

Scott nodded, "I'm not changing my mind."

"Okay, but why two bands?" Stiles asked

"I just like it." Scott said he then nodded over to Maddie, "Maddie has the same one."

Maddie nodded rolled up the sleeve of her shirt and let Stiles and Scott see the two bands that were around her arm.

"Do you have another one?" The Tattoo Artist asked nodding down to her forearm where the plaster covering her pack symbol was

Maddie shook her head, "No I just cut myself cooking the other day." She lied

"I can see ink." The tattoo man said, Maddie then gave the guy a look, "Okay i'll drop it."

Scott and Stiles shared a look as Stiles said, "I didn't know you had one..." He then turned to Scott, "But don't you think your first tattoo should have some sort of meaning you know or something?"

"Getting a tattoo means something." Scott said and Maddie nodded in agreement

"I don't think that's-"

The Tattoo Artist cut Stiles off saying, "They're right, tattooing goes back thousands of years, the Tahitian word 'tatua' means to leave a mark. Like a rite of passage."

Scott nodded, "Yeah, you see he get's it."

"He's covered in Tattoos Scott literally." Stile said

"Okay, you ready to go? You aint got any problems with needles do you?" The Tattoo artist asked
