tommy opened his eyes to the familiar darkness he dusted some first of of him and stood up, he could hear quiet chatter coming along and soon identified it as eret s voice, he picked up his bag and felled the scene before he was spotted. once again he walked aimlessly staring at what he believed was leaves above him

eret eventually stumbled upon where tommy had previously been, he'd notched the view instantly and gasped, "what?" niki said walking round the corner and instantly seeing the view "woah" niki said in awe, fundy followed a large smile on his face, let's rest here-" fundy was cut of as he noticed a burnt area "tommy's been here" he said looking back at the two who shared glances before nodding.

tommy had been walking for sometime now until he heard a voice
"hello? tommy!?" the voice sounded shocked to see him and it confused tommy even more as he didn't recognise it.
"who's is it?" tommy asked turing in the direction of the voice
"it's sam? can't you see me?" sam said walking up to tommy, he looked the boy in the eyes and his face dropped seeing the youngest boys pale grey eyes "omg tommy" sam said shocked
"yeah that happened" tommy let out a sigh looking at the ground.
sam looked concerned but of course tommy didn't know that
"what are you doing out here alone tommy?" sam asked curiously
"running from people really" tommy said with a shrug as he leaned in a near by tree
the two talked for a while and tommy ended up telling dan everything, for some reason tommy felt like he could trust him, so he trusted him hoping he wouldn't regret it

sam was happy he had found a fellow traveler he'd been travelling alone for sometime other than someone from the badlands from time to time, when tommy and finished telling his everything he engulfed the kid in a hug, he was a kid after only 17 and going through so much. more than he could imagine anyway.
