"Hurry back home for lunch, alright?" Sabine called out as her daughter walked out the door.

"I understand, Mama!" Marinette responds, shutting the door and began her way to the village square.

The young girl was heading down to the fabric and design stores to pick up some pre-ordered things to make her gown for the ball. She was excited to get started and make her dream gown to wear.

As Marinette made her way down the streets, she was greeted with nods and warm greetings, knowing the young bluebell eyed girl from the popular bakery of Parisia. Marinette, in return nodded and waved back to the villagers. Known to all as the nice and sweet girl, not knowing she was also the new Ladybug to Parisia as well.

As she entered the fabric store, the lady in a light pink dress and short, pixie cut like hair who stood at the counter, turned her head to the door and her smile grew as she noticed Marinette.

"Good morning, Marinette! How are you today?" She greeted.

"Hello, Rose. I'm doing great, and you?" Marinette responded with a sweet smile.

"I'm doing great. What can I help you with today?" Rose continued.

"I'm looking for some fabrics to work on a gown I designed for the ball this weekend." Marinette replied.

"If it's made by you, it definitely will shine!" Rose chuckles.

"Thanks, Rose." Marinette smiles back.

"We have a new collection of an assortment of pink fabrics if you want to see them." Rose suggests, motioning behind the countertop.

"That would be nice." Marinette nodded.

Rose scurried behind the counters and returned with three rolls of light pink fabrics in hand. Marinette's eyes sparkled in excitement when she sees them.

"Those are gorgeous, Rose!" Marinette exclaims.

"I know! It's a new shipment from London!" Rose preens.

"How much would it cost for two yards of this blush coloured fabric?" The bluenette asked, pointing at the middle roll of the pink fabrics.

"Ten gold pieces." Rose stated, pulling out the fabric and cutting a straight line down to make the two yards.

"Alright, then." Marinette nodded, pulling out a small sack of ten gold.

Rose packed the fabric in a nice bag and Marinette handed her the sack of gold before turning and leaving.

"Thank you! See you later, Rose!" The bluebell eyed girl called, walking out the door.

As Marinette stepped out of the store, her eyes on the stores down the street, she bumps into something. She yelps and shuts her eyes tight to avoid seeing her fall, but nothing happens. No impact occurred.

"I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" A voice called out.

Marinette's eyes snapped open to reveal Adrien, the Princes, himself. He wore a simple black cloak over himself and beside him was Lady Chloe. Her eyes were widened with the situation at hand.

"Y-Your highness! I'm so sorry." Marinette stammered, bouncing onto her feet and bowing her head.

"No, no it's fine. I'm sorry, are you alright?" Adrien responds, waving away the fact that he was royalty.

"I'm alright, are you?" Marinette asks.

"I'm alright." Adrien nods.

"What are you two doing in the village square? Don't you have servants or something to get you what you need?" Marinette questions, taking the bag from Adrien's hand.
