"Alright! Time to get started on my ball gown!" Marinette exclaims, sitting at her desk as she pulled on multiple sheets of fabric to look at.

"I bet you that any of your designs will be marvelous!" Tikki remarks with a giggle.

"Thanks Tikki." Marinette responds back with a smile.

The bluenette hums softly to herself as she decided between three different shades of pink for her gown. The young girl had always been a fan of the colour. Marinette made her decision with a baby pink for the base and a blush pink for the faux roses that are sewn from the bodice down a bit past the hip.

She began sketching out her design and added slips of fabric to the sides of the sheet to take down the notes of the color scheme. As she finished, she held her finished sketch up to the light of the window and squinted, as if it were to help her decide if it was enough.

"I think this will do." Marinette hums softly, putting the sheet down and beginning to prepare to cut the fabric.

As she picked up the scissors, a loud crash was heard from outside, making Marinette jump out of her chair.

"What was that?!" Marinette asked worriedly.

Tikki floated to the window and stared out for anything before looking back.

"It's an Akuma! You need to go out and stop it!" Tikki exclaimed.

"O-Okay! Tikki, spots on!" The bluenette calls, allowing a pink, flashing light to fly over her.

The familiar, light-weight dress, gloves, boots, and fan appeared on her. With fumbling fingers, she pulled the fan out and jumped out of the trap door and onto her balcony. Ladybug pulled the small latch on her fan to reveal her parasol and made her way over to the rooftop nearby, there she scanned the village for any signs of the Akuma.

"First day on the job! How are you feeling, M'Lady?" Chat Noir asked, landing beside her with his known grin.

"Nerve-wracking for sure." Ladybug sighed.

The feline hero opens his mouth to say something, but before he could Ladybug had pushed him aside so the giant rock fist wouldn't hit him.

"Watch it, Chat!" She called out, turning to see Stoneheart's other fist slam into her side and toss her back.

"Give me your Miraculous!" The Akuma, Stoneheart, called out.

"How about you tell us where you little butterfly friend went and then we'll talk about Miraculous!" Chat sneered, charging head first.

"Chat! No!" Ladybug yelled, pulling herself up to her feet, wincing.

The spotted heroine looks up in time to see her partner get tossed over to her, crumpled on the ground.

"You idiot! Don't do that!" She scolded, helping him up before smacking the back of his head lightly.

"Sorry, I was excited." He chuckles, nervously.

Ladybug rolls her eyes as she directed her attention to the Akuma.

He seems larger than a moment ago, she thought.

"Does Stoneheart seem larger to you?" Ladybug asks, observing the Akuma as he stomped around.

"Yeah, he grew when I smacked him with my staff, no damage to him." Chat repsonded.

"Wonderful, just brilliant. He grows with each hit." Ladybug muttered under her breath.

Ladybug looked at her fan for a moment, taking in the words that Tikki had told her earlier. Her special power. Her Lucky Charm.
