(14) Busy Bee

A month later 

Jordan and the girls took off to Paris first. While she was on the plane she had her AirPods ever since her blow up with Bucky. She had gone back into therapy because her mother told her that she and her daddy didn't care if it caused lost friendships. They were doing the right thing for their daughter. 

That sparked a fight between her Morris and Katherine. They finally landed in Paris and went to her family's Paris apartment. They crashed as soon they all hit the beds. The next morning they had breakfast on the balcony then a limo picked them up to head to the venue. She posted a view Instagram stories from the say. They walked for Dior and Chanel that day by the end of the week they had walked for Gucci Prada and Givenchy. 

After Paris they flew to London. Back in NY Bucky walked up to the group of friends. 

"Where's the supermodels?" He said 

"Working in London. They have been in Paris the last week working fashion shows. I thought you would know that. She's been posting on instagram." Natasha said 

"I unfollowed her social media." He said 

"Oh.." Wanda said 

"They will be back near the end of February. They will still have to do the NY fashion shows but they will be home." Sam said 

"Oh.. well that's cool. Anyways I have to go talk to my advisor." He said and walked off. 

Back in London Naya and Jordan was sitting on the balcony while Jaylynn ordered food. 

"You are mad at your parents aren't you." Naya said 

"I am. I never meant for him to get jail time. I figured my parents would just charge the girls. But I guess when I gave my statement that I should of been more clear. That I didn't think he had any connection to it. Morgan and I never got along even when we were much younger. She's always hated me." Jordan said 

"Why?" Naya said 

She let out a laugh. "Because when we were like 5. My mom took me to some GAP modeling audition for their kids line. Morgan's mom also brought her down for the audition." She said 

"Let me guess you got it and she didn't." Naya said as Jaylynn came out with some wine and glasses. 

"Yup. I modeled for GAP kids till I was 8. She hated me for it." She said 

Bucky was cleaning out his mom's home office James was going to turn it into a guest bedroom. They had already moved the furniture out of it now they had to get all the other stuff out. 

"Well look at these two cute kids." James said as he handed him a picture of Bucky and Jordan sitting on the front steps of their house. 

"I know dad I have that same picture upstairs." He said as he carried out the last of the photo albums. 

Bucky was laying in bed later on scrolling through Twitter and Instagram. He found her Instagram again. He watched her stories with the girls and other models. She had a bunch of selfies that had been posted and other promotional stuff. 

He laid his phone back down and rolled over to sleep. London's fashion week they headed down to Milan for a three day photo shoot for Versace and a three day fashion show. They finally returned to NY took three days to sleep off the jet lag and walked in the NY fashion show. Where they walked for Michael Kors Tommy Hilfiger and St Laurent. 

When they were done and recuperated from everything. She drove over to her old neighborhood in Brooklyn. She didn't see Bucky's truck so she knew she was safe from another fight. She knocked on the door. 

James opened the door. "Hi Dr Barnes. Remember me?" She said 

"Of course I do. Come in Jordan." He said as he opened the door wider. 

He poured her some fresh brewed coffee. "Thank you." She said as they went out on the sunroom. 

"I wanted to apologize to you. It has come to my attention that my parents didn't care what bridges they burned 7 years ago." She said 

"Jordan honey." James said 

"No let me finish. Because he seems to have it in his mind that this all my fault." She said as tears welled.

"Okay." James said 

"I never wanted to press charges on him. Because yes he harassed me and he humiliated me. But he never once did any thing that caused me harm. All he ever did was make jokes that were hurtful..it was Morgan and her friends that did the mean malicious things to me. But my parents never asked me who I wanted to press charges on. If it had been up to me I wouldn't have done it to him. He didn't deserve to spend time in juvenile hall. So for that to you and Winnie I am very sorry that it happened." She said 

"Jordan I understand and I thank you. And I know Winnie was lucid she would thank you too. " he said 

She smiled at him. "Well I just wanted to come by and say that to you. I have to get to campus." She said 

They shared a hug and she left.
