Someone didn't let go, John despite the fire ran inside looking for her. Running through the fire, ignoring the burns he looked everywhere until he found her passed out figure. He ran to her and panicked seeing the stab wound on her stomach. He pressed down and carried her princess style outside. Outside, finally breathing the fresh air he collapsed on the floor while paramedics rushed to them. They were rushed to the hospital where Y/n was operated on immediately.
The group seeing the news went to the hospital as fast as possible. Worried about their group mate and the woman who was like their big sister. They couldn't imagine a future as artists without her. Some cried, others prayed while waiting for the doctors to come out of the operation room. The atmosphere was intense, everyone was on the edge, suspense and worry eating them up from inside.
After hours the doctor came out of the room. Taking off his gloves and glasses he said." Are you related to Y/n?" they all stood up "Yes, we're family".
"She lost a lot of blood but she's stable, she'll be transferred to intensive care and if everything goes well she will wake up shortly. She's lucky to be alive at this point. Considering how deep the wound is it's a surprise it didn't puncture any vital organs. The person who stabbed her didn't want to kill her, they wanted to warn her. Why? It is unknown. The cops will come when she feels better, for now you can go see her but be quiet she needs silence. She'll be discharged in 2 weeks if everything goes well"
"Thank you so much doctor" They said in unison,
"No need to thank me it's my job"
They thank him once again and silently rush to her room. They sit down and look at her:
- I hope she'll be okay. Said Zachary
- She'll be okay Zach, look at her, she's safe, she's stable. Mino said, trying to convince himself more than other
- She can't leave us. Kuro whispered
- She promised she'll be here when we get our first award. She promised. John with teary eyes bawled his hands into fists
- Of course I'll be there. The hell. A bitch got to take credit for keeping up with your bratty ass. Y/n said groaning
- Shit you're awake! John exclaimed
- Of course I'm awake sweetie. I'm a bad bitch you can't kill me. Y/n laughed before coughing

- The doctor said something about the knife not puncturing any vital organ, he said it was a warning not an attempt to murder you. Hyde explained
- I'll show him an attempted murder. John clenched his jaw, a vein was popping on his neck and forehead
- John! I said calm down
- How am I supposed to calm down? you got fucking stabbed and left for dead in a fire! John tried his hardest to stay calm but how could he?
- But thanks to you I'm okay now, breathe. I'm safe, I'm not leaving anytime
- You promise? A hint of sadness was in his voice when John said it
- I promise. I can't die. Have you seen my face? I'm too beautiful to die
- Of course you are. I'll bring you something to drink and your clothes. The doctor said you're leaving in 2 weeks

- Let's go now, we need to let her rest. John told the boys as he pushed them outside
POV Y/n
The left and I was now left alone. I tried to sleep but the pain in my stomach despite the drugs and painkillers made it impossible. I closed my eyes and took deep breath until I felt the window open, I felt the cold air hitting my face. I opened my eyes and slowly sat up. I looked at the window and a horribly familiar long haired man was in my room, looking at me:
- You came to finish the job?
- I'm not here to kill you
- Why did you stab me in the first place? Who paid you?
- No one, it was a test
- Test me for what?
- Not you, mother saw how close John and you were. The plan was to stab you and leave you in the fire and he had 10 minutes to get you out. I was going to do it if he hadn't. She wanted to test how much he loved you
- I knew your mother was batshit fucking crazy but this is insane. My relationships are none of your mother's business and John and I are not dating. Even if we did it is not her place to judge if he's good for me or not. I'm the judge of that not her
- Is that him? The fucker who stabbed you? We were interrupted by John coming in with a backpack in his hand and a death stare
- You must be John. Pleasure to meet you. Illumi turned to John and stared at him
- You piece of shit! John dropped the backpack and rushed to Illumi, punching him.
I gasped, how did Illumi let himself get punched. I noticed the long haired man take out a needle from his shirt. Before he could do anything I stepped in
- Illumi no. Please just leave him. You owe me something, remember that right?
Illumi looked at me and put his needles away and went out the window. John tried to follow him but I stopped him
- John don't you fucking dare
- Did you invite him?
- No the fuck I didn't. He came through the window and told me why he stabbed me
- Does this fucker have a good reason?
- Nope. His crazy ass mother made him do it. His mom is batshit crazy
- Her kid is also crazy so I don't doubt that. Are you okay? Did he do anything to you?
- No I'm okay, are you?
- Of course I'm okay. I got you a few clothes from the dorms and products for your hair, your bonnet and your second phone since you left it at your house. I also got your air pods, your charger and another pillow
- Are you an angel?
- Maybe. he laughed
He gives me everything and sit next to me.
- I'm glad you're alive. I don't know what I would've done if the doctor told me you didn't make it.
- I'm glad I'm alive too. It's late you should go home
- I don't want to. I want to stay with you
- As you wish. What do you want to do?
- I don't know; I just want to stay here, with you. he laid his head on the bed and slowly played with my finger.
I laid back down and tried to relax and ignore the pain. I tried to fall asleep and I succeeded. I finally fell asleep.
